Digital Darts Related Posts is a simple but very effective tool for improving internal linking on Shopify blogs. It helps surface relevant related articles automatically, which makes it much easier to keep readers engaged and guide them through more content. What I like most is that it feels lightweight and doesn’t require constant manual setup - it just works in the background and improves structure over time. For content-focused Shopify stores, it’s a practical way to strengthen SEO and improve on-site engagement without overcomplicating things. Solid tool, especially considering it’s currently free for the Shopify community. Thanks! It's been rebuilt from the ground-up for even more speed and new features rolling out.
Well, it is hard to give a review for this app. I had some issues installing it and some questions. I am sure this was nothing major and just needed a bit of support. I contacted support through the shopify app store page, the one you are on now. I also contacted support through email. It has been 5 days and 2 follow up emails later and I still have not heard back. So what I can do a full review on is the level of support that you will get if you need help with this app. This company seems to not care very much about support. I do not recommend. if their support is this bad, I would assume the app is the same. It is a shame as I really wanted to try this app on all my pages. We have given you support but your email servers do not allow many things inside a standard email and so it continually bounces. Please fix your email servers then we can reply to you.
Our site is focused on content, so this application is very functional. Initially we had problems with the posts being repeated in each case, but Joshua and the team responded quickly and cordially and offered solutions at all times. We are very satisfied with the product.
The app works very well on our site and is easy to install and configure. I thought I had a minor issue at one point, but when I reached out to the developers they responded quickly and nicely pointed out something that I had forgotten to do on my end. Once I made the required update, everything worked perfectly.
Joshua and his team are fantastic! I noted a helpful fix to make the app perform better and they had it done within a few weeks. Highly recommend! You're welcome. This is an app that's existed for over 6 years and there's still things that need supporting with Shopify's constant release of new features.
"There was a problem loading this app Please try opening or installing the app again." We are happy to resolve any issue you have on this app if you reach out. We have been supporting it for over 7 years.
We installed this app on our blog a few days ago. We had an issue with the way the three recommended blog posts are displayed at the bottom of each blog. I contacted the developer and received a response the same day. I gave them access to the site and within 48 hours the issue was fixed. I really like this app and the service could not have been better. 6 stars!
Please help me, I can't install the app even though I entered the correct store url. Please help me, I can't install the app even though I entered the correct store url. With the large number of users now using the app, we've upgraded the servers. You can install it again and use it successfully. Thanks to the many, many store owners who use the app!
This app is easy to use and displays the related blog posts properly. And it is free! Appreciate the efforts by the developers!
A great and must have app! Does exactly what I needed with crystal clear instructions. Got it up and running in no time. Excellent!
Great app. Does the job and it's free! Adds three related blog posts at the foot of the blog, which is just enough to keep viewers reading more. Glad to hear you're enjoying the app. If you do want more then three blog posts, you can easily change that through the app settings.
pretty good, thank you. simple and easy to use thanks. pretty good, thank you. simple and easy to use thanks.
This app does exactly what is advertised. It's very customizable, especially if you know liquid. And it's free. Thanks so much for sharing this!
Easy to use and perfectly customizable. Thank you for making this app FREE!! It adds so much value to my site by suggesting other blog posts for my readers. Really useful app.
Perfect and Intuitive app to use! Would highly recommend this app to everyone. Easy to set up as well as easy to implement.
Reach out them but have yet receive a response. It’s been 5+ days. Sad that I cannot even get a response saying we are backed up. We are sorry for the delayed response. The app migrated server which also caused support requests to temporarily be overlooked. All is well now.
it's what we were looking for, is working really good so far. We made some css styling, but that's expected if you have you own theme.
Added this app to my Store in under 10 minutes and the 'related blog posts' showed under my blog instantly. Very happy with this free app.
The app didn’t work. They asked for permission to access, but Never login. Sent them multiple emails asking for the updates but didn’t receive response. That’s so bad attitude. It has been about 2 weeks but the issue haven’t been fixed. I’ll update this review if they contact me.
Even an old timer with no coding experience was able to install then get up and running in less than an hour! Won't no the impact for awhile but, happy so far! Thanks!
I had issues installing the code since I have a custom theme and we couldn't get it to work. I reached out for help and wow!! Everything is perfect and they set it up for me right away. I am thrilled.
Must have app for shopify shop with blog. You can choose your design and integrate very well plus it's free. Amazing ! We're glad you're enjoying it :-)
The feature itself worked fine but with my theme, the recent articles were showing in a column on the right and were not responsive so when I had a video inside the left main article column, the video would not adjust to size and lay over the recent article column. I removed this app, just too much work to figure out and customize the theme for it to work. The design is responsive and happily used by thousands of stores. The issue likely would have been the placement of the snippet as you had it installed in the right column. Just added this app. It does exactly what we were looking for. You don't always find free apps anymore; this is free AND it works great!
Merci, très utile et fonctionnelle. Facile à installer et en plus elle est gratuite. Pourquoi s'en priver ?
I just started using this application to display Related Blog Post within our current blog. I haven't used support yet, but I can only imagine that it is just as wonderful as this application. Thank you all! Again love this app.
Exactly the app I needed - and better than some of the paid ones but it is all for free. Fully customizable, and amazing customer support. Must download it!
Super application gratuite ! Great and free appli ! thank you for this free application that provides a direct link to the other articles in my blog.
Great app! It has come in very handy for my online store, classicturkishtowels.com I'll be recommending this to everyone!
Works exactly as promised. I can't think of why anyone wouldn't want to have this app. I was skeptical because it seems to provide something for nothing, but it's absolutely exactly as advertised. Thank you, Josh!
After seeing that my most valuable pages in Google Analytics were the blog post that linked to another internal blog post I decided to manually create related article links at the bottom of each post. After updating about 3 posts out of several hundred I decided to just search for an app. I found 4. This is the one that was the most straightforward and FREE! I installed it and 2 minutes later I have beautifully formatted related article links at the bottom of all my post! Thank You!!!!!
Love this app! Makes it super simple to add related posts. Wish it had a share post feature built in that would put it over the top. This is a must have app. Thanks to Dev's for putting it out for free!
Awesome app that works perfectly. Absolutely love it!
It does what it says but it does not fit too well with my blog. The images shown are uneven and not all in one size, the installation was a bit queer and the spacing between the rest of the page and this app is not good. Overall, it does the trick but I wish it was easier to install and that it looked more in sync with my theme. Moreover, the images shown for each of my related blogs were to be the right size and if there aren't any image for one blog but there are for the rest then the spacing and look should be even. Not so out of place.
Just installed looks promising, will try to customise it.
Easy to set up, looks good. No issues at all. Would recommend!
Worked like a charm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just what I need for my blog - saves me from having to manually link my posts. Great app and easy to install!
Does what it says! OPHERTY & CIOCCI www.ophertyciocci.com Luxury Vintage, Pre-Loved Fashion
The Shopify blog is lacking. This app helps boost SEO by helping increase visitor time on page by adding multiple blog posts to every blog post. We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. It's easy to install and allows for customization. Prior to installing this app, I was doing this manually, what a PIA. This app saves me a lot of time. Thank you. www.wicked-good.co Wicked Good creates handcrafted unique fragrances that embrace the centuries-old craft of bourbon perfumeries but with a bold, modern sensibility and a touch of whimsical magic. #SmellWickedGood
Was easy to install and seems to be running well. http://kernowfurniture.co.uk
AA++ Great App. Easy to Install and Exactly what I was after. Thank you so much :)
It was easy to install I followed his instructions to the letter and it worked! I really like the way everything looks! Make it so much easier knowing that when people get to the end of my blog posts they can keep going!
Considering it's a free app, Joshua was helpful in giving hints to answer my questions.
Easy to use and free :) Recommend using this for your Shopify store.
It does not inteligently locate blogs "related" to your blog post. I have checked other sites from the reviews and it seems they have exactly the same problem. Has nobody even checked? The related blogs are meant to be related by tags but you will see this is not the case and therefore totally unrelated news stories show - and the same ones appear every time regardless of what story or tags are placed. So basically.... it doesnt work. Support has been none existent. Taking days to answer me - then providing me with poor answers and passing the issue to people who never follow up. It seems I am the only one who has noticed or cares but its of no use to myself.
I'm very happy with this app! Having a blog on your store nowadays is quite good for traffic and this app helps me increase the traffic on my oldest posts too -- which is super!! Thanks!
Looks great, took literally 1 minute to setup. Love it!
Everyone must have this. It helps seo and it makes your blogs look extremely professional. I am pleased with this app.
Fantastic! love it! It is great to engage customers reading other posts and to develop internal links! Thanks!
This has been helpful to get visitors viewing other blog posts, I like that I can customize somewhat. I recommend this app, it makes the shopify blog function more like other blogs on the internet.

Works well and looks great. Wish there was a way to add Related Blog Posts to Collection Pages or other pages other than the blog.
