You can upload reviews for all the social medias, other ecommerce (etsy, amazon, etc) or manually add reviews. you can upload photos or videos. and you can have many widgets. the design can have also different styles and the photos can be card like and big easy to be seen. nice app

Nice app, easy to use and fast reliable help center. There is even a free plan to choose, or if you prefer more features paid plans. It needs a translation integrated app (like langshop and such) to have translations of the texts , you cannot put them manually in this app. Apart from that, everything seems great

Nice app, very personalizable and custom made to your own taste. You can add preset questions, fast answers; choose the chat style and you even have emoticons and (important) images upload. For someone who custom makes their products, having images upload in the chat is very important to choose materials and style of the upcoming personalized products with the customer. It is also very nice that it has a mobile app.
