WELP!! I thought I had it all figured it out and ran into another issue and Rosie was able to help me. I see that I was only able to add one product set, but I had two qualifying questions and so she configured the one question for me to capture both questions that I needed to have answered. I appreciate great customer service!
Helen was so kind and swift with her response. It was a simple fix and guided me through it right away. I tried another app and it took about an hour for them to get back to me so I appreciate her handling my issue quickly.
The customer service was amazing. Regie was very polite, knowledgeable and swift with his responses.

The customer service has been hands some one of the best. They get back to you in a timely fashion and are very responsive. I would recommend this app to anyone needing to send digital items.
