Rep AI has been a pretty great experience so far! No, I am not an AI writing this review. How can you tell? Because I wrote two negatives into one sentence making it a positive which is something AI would not do, a mistake. Also, I did not travel back in time to stop Sarah Connor so there is that. With all seriousness, Rep is much better than we expected. Their software is easy to use, all their implementations have increased our AOV and profit margins. Their staff, Ruben and Dafi, are super helpful and always there when you need them. We are looking forward to see all the cool new features Rep will add especially with them implementing ChatGPT this past week. Here is to looking forward to the future, cheers!

Every brand should be using Finaloop. The real-time data and seamless bookkeeping they provide make being able to make operating your business, and accurate financial decisions much easier. The sooner you start using it, the better.

So far it's been great. We started with the larger plan to do some AB testing on offers and once we got the data we needed we downgraded, AB testing was very useful. Customer support is also great, Tina helped out with an issue we were having regarding orders being shipped even though the upselled products weren't being paid for and she was great.

So far so good, the implementation was quick and the team (Jayne and Christina) have been very very helpful throughout the process! Definitely would recommend Tapcart for anyone looking to create an app in a short amount of time.

This app has made multi channel fulfillment a breeze. Whether it be new markets or bundle orders it syncs our amazon logistics with our shopify store perfectly.
