Customer support was prompt, polite, and professional. Sent screenshots showing the updates. Aisha was very helpful!
This app worked well initially but then began to glitch when integrated with another app therefore I had to uninstall it. I would have considered a higher rating but I am still being charged although I uninstalled the app.

The charge you received is a part of Shopify's billing process: if you start a paid subscription (which is not necessary within the first 15 days!), Shopify will process a charge on your next bill even if you remove the app early on in the billing period. That's not something we *can* control, but we *can* help afterwards, with a refund or whatever's appropriate, if you just let us know. :) We're always, always available at team@uselocksmith.com – and I'll make sure that we get this sorted with you via email right after this. I used this app to create a separate, invitation only collection. There are a lot of options and functionality with the first level plan. The customer service is great! They are responsive, professional, and helpful. I ran into a few issues trying to integrate other apps but once that was resolved things worked as planned.

So far so good. I just transitioned to this app today and it has been an easy transition. I look forward to continuing to use more feature. Update: I still like the app but it pulls the entire catalog from your store under products (including those in draft format). It would be helpful if it only listed the products on the site or provided the option to do so. If you are requesting a custom review, this can be time consuming to filter through the products.
