The team at Gorgias is incredibly transparent and open to feedback, as they tailor their strategic plan and developments around the needs of their clientele. Since we switched to Gorgias at the beginning of 2021, we've been through large changes in ticket volume and the size of our support team has varied. Gorgias has been a stable platform for us throughout those changes and the flexibility and functionality are a huge value add for us. If you are a scaling support team looking for a helpdesk that can do it all - and is run by a team focused on your needs and open to feedback - I cannot recommend Gorgias more!

The MNTN app made it easy for us to integrate our Shopify website visits and conversions within MNTN. This was crucial for us to accurately track the impact of our CTV campaigns. This is something we had been requesting from MNTN and are pleased with how quickly they developed it. Always on top of the best innovations for their customers!
Carl and his team are incredibly supportive, super fast with customer service questions, and are happy to help with small customization as well. This app paired with Zapier creates a lot of automation opportunities to test a custom channel.
Adam, Drew, and the entire Intelligems team have created the most robust price testing tool in the market. We've been able to easily test shipping prices and thresholds, and more importantly price test products with clean and clear results in the dashboard. Plus, no extra load time! If you're looking for a price testing Shopify app, go with Intelligems. Thank me later.
Incredibly fast support team and we love how customizable this app is! We use it for below-the-fold PDP content, and it's allowed us to easily make content swaps, without loading down the site.
