Been using this app for a few years. The experience is seamless. Has the ability to create Estimated delivery date rules based on product, region, pincodes etc. Serves all our use cases. The team is super responsive and has very high levels of ownership. Highly recommend this app

DelightChat has been a lifesaver for getting our social media management in order. The most important advantage is that their support team is very proactive, and most of our issues are resolved within 24 hours or even less. This is a great example of their dedication to customer support. There's definitely a learning curve for our team but the more we understand the features, the easier it gets for us to deliver a better experience for our customers. Great work by the DC team :)

We've been using Back in Stock: Whatsapp Alerts for over a month now. Prior to this we used email notifications for back in stock alerts. Our conversions with whatsapp alerts are 4X that of email notifications. We're super thrilled to finally have a solution to capture this high intent audience in a far more effective manner. We've been using Zoko for the last few weeks. Currently, we use it for abandoned cart nudges, and we've seen an immediate improvement in abandoned cart conversion rates vs only email nudges. Love this app! It came in super handy during these uncertain times (lockdowns in certain zipcodes due to the covid pandemic) when serviceability changes every few days.
