We used Desk.com for the last two years and while it was okay, it was certainly nothing exceptional like Gorgias has been. From being able to access, cancel, refund, etc orders right from your inbox to the excellent support, simple usability, and improved efficiency, I would 100% recommend Gorgias. Aasif was particularly helpful in launching our rather unique setup.
The description tabs allow us to have the necessary information under each product without making the page look too busy. They load fast and are easy to implement. Customer service is excellent! UPDATE: Den provides exceptional customer service! He took the time to add our reviews widget to the tabs on our new theme and was extremely fast at getting back to us. Couldn't give this app higher praises!
We were looking to do a custom dropdown on our product page and it was causing quite the headache. I cam across EasySlide and it seemed to do exactly what we were looking for- and in a way that was easily customizable to fit our site. Denys provided exemplary customer service with fast responses and the app was up on our product page in no time, providing our customers with all the info they needed with user-friendly dropdowns that are also mobile responsive. There's nothing missing with this app!
We had "In-store Pickup" listed on our shipping options for $0 and had multiple customers choosing the option regardless of the fact they were nowhere near our store. This lead to multiple issues with customer service; namely people angrily reaching out to ask why their order hadn't shipped yet. Most had chosen the option solely because it was the only "free shipping" available. Thanks to Zapiet we no longer deal with that issue because the store address and pickup option are clearly visible to our customers before even reaching their checkout. The app is aesthetically pleasing, the customer service at Zapiet goes above and beyond, and the it works exactly as it should... causing minimal to no confusion on the customer's end and saving us significant time sending shipping invoices for those who mistakenly used to choose in store pickup. Many thanks to Sam who got us all set up!
Extremely easy to set up and fantastic customer service that is both prompt and of great assistance with everything we've needed to date. We are using the unique coupon codes to offer our new customers 10% off their first order. Signups are increasing by the day and we're capturing great new emails to market to (Privy syncs new signups to our list of 50k+ in Klaviyo). Great to see an app with so many possible integrations including Slack and Klaviyo which we use daily. Highly recommended!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I can't believe we didn't find and switch to Judge.Me faster. After working with YotPo for over 2 years at a cost exceeding $3k a year, I'm left dumbstruck at the customer service, features, and ease of use offered by this app. PJ is more on top of it then their customer service department could ever be- definitely a testament to the fact that excellent customer service and a fantastic platform can be possible at an affordable price. We'll never move away from this app and are always impressed by the new updates brought forth by the developers. I couldn't recommend the app or PJ more. After having it installed the last few months we just changed themes and I hesitantly reached back out for help... PJ was on it yet again within minutes. Absolutely incredible. Not to mention that we're generating more than 20% more reviews with Judge.Me than YOTPO and, whereas customers rarely uploaded photos to Yotpo we're now getting 3/4 a day if not more with Judge.Me. You won't be disappointed.
