My company has been using Gorgias as our customer communication platform for 4+ years. Our customer service team loves it! The interface is intrinsically easy to use and Gorgias offers so many customizable features that allow you to track any performance metric you can think of. Most of all, their customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond to my needs and provide solutions right away. I've never had to wait more than an hour to receive a response. Our Gorgias rep, Milos, always goes above and beyond and is a genuinely kind and helpful person. I would highly recommend Gorgias to any company who values efficiency, data analysis, and quality. Gorgias makes caring for customers effortless because we're able to communicate through every touch point in one central location (phone, chat, email, and even social comments). Gorgias gives our company the ability to go above and beyond for our customers, which is a significant contributor for our growth and success.

We have worked with various 3PLs but have had the best experience with Shipbob. We love working with our account manager Samantha Diapolo, we always receive excellent communication especially during an emergency situation. I give this 4 stars because we are still working through some tech issues but will be happy to update once this is all resolved.
UpOrder is great- user friendly and extremely effective. We've seen a significant increase in conversion rate and revenue from post purchase emails since we started using the platform. Their support staff is excellent as well, especially Tina! My days are jam packed and some projects have to go to the back burner. Tina's proactive approach and recommendations for improvements on top of her willingness to do the bulk of the legwork has made my life much easier. I highly value responsiveness and clear communication from vendors and Tina never disappoints. Definitely recommend!
Best Integration for organizing orders. We love it! It has been crucial in separating our international shipments and orders that are not to be fulfilled by our 3PL.
