We have used Gorgias for years. Georgias has a lot of feautures and works well with Shopify, but recently costs have gotten out of hand. It is very expensive. Gorgias cost me $1,000 last month for less than 50 inquiries, which works out to about $14.50 per inquiry which is obscene. Support is non-existent even though I own the store I unable to get support. I am now evaluating other service due to horrendous cost and complete lack of support.

I found this app just this year and it works great! I recently changed the theme on our site and had an issue with the app uploading to the new theme. June in customer service was prompt to address the issue and fix it right up for us, after gaining collab access to the site. I really like the applications functionality as our business works with professional nutrition brands that have different kinds of restrictions on their registered or trademarked products. The hide pricing, login required, and a few other functions make my life a lot easier. Looking forward to using more of its functions as time goes on and as we expand our own brand reach. I would recommend this app for sure!

So far we are liking the app. It is taking other duties and putting them into one easy place to work with and get analytics as well. It's so helpful in saving us time and effort with campaigns and keeping our customers engaged with our store. We are just still in the learning stages of all its wonderful uses. Bundle Builder by Agile (BBA) is the third bundle builder I tried. I started with some of the top-rated Apps, but they didn't have the capability of BBA. Mainly I wanted the Bundles to be their own products so I could build custom collections using bundles. I also wanted the capability to build a fixed bundle or let the customer build their own bundle on the fly or a mix of both. Those capabilities separate the men from the boys in the category of bundle apps. BBA has all those capabilities. However, my experience with BBA was not without problems. I had some issue with confusing verbiage showing up in the bundle. I was not happy with that so I contacted their support. Now, this is where this company really separates themselves from the pack. Their support is the best support I have ever received on any software product and I was still in the trial phase. They wrote some special code that corrected the issue. This is jaw-dropping support. The BBA also has some programming capability, which is beyond my skill set, but the point is BBA can be customized. In summary, if you are looking for a powerful bundle app with great support start here, you won't be disappointed.
