I am a grand-fathered ($30/month pro plan) Yotpo user and I wish I left sooner. Yotpo is out of touch with the majority of Shopify store owners and uses antiquated, slow loading scripts that ruin user experience and hamper SEO. Judge.me has a FAST loading reviews system that does everything Yotpo does and more. I installed Judge.me at 1AM today and the developer was replying to my questions within minutes, even helping me install the badges to match my theme properly. This is an excellent app that outperforms Yotpo at a fraction of the cost. Support this company!

EDIT: Tommy sold the company and now whoever took over has slashed their customer support to non-existant. It used to be minutes to hours before getting help, now it's days to weeks. Really disappointed with the level of service now, to the point where we are considering moving to a different reviews platform. HANDS DOWN, the best review app for Shopify. Tommy Ong and his team worked relentlessly to make me a happy customer. I'm not sure this guy even sleeps - he often responded within minutes (at midnight, during the day). And he did everything he could to custom script a solution for me. Not only that, but I transitioned from another reviews platform with ZERO hiccups. They handled it all for me within a day. Hats off to the team at Stamped, you have an amazing product and support team!

Good - but not great. Unable to edit theme alt or filenames makes this annoying. Product images is fine.

Top-tier support responds instantly to issues and questions. The best helpdesk system I trialed (we've tried helpscout, zendesk, and others). It also supports multiple stores, brands, integrates with Instagram and FB. Overall just amazing.

Developer answered my questions within 10 minutes at 11pm. What a great first impression. The software also kicks zipify's ass (sorry Ezra) and does an amazing job scaling elements so that all screen sizes are accommodated. Looking forward to re-designing my front page! Get this now!

Wow, saw this on our Facebook Shopify group and installed it on a whim. WHAT A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE THIS MADE TO OUR CONVERSION RATE. We TRIPLED our checkout rate overnight and collected about 4-5x our usual newsletter signups. This app is super effective and our customers love it! Who can resist a spin?

Judge.me reviews do not work with Pro version, took a star off for this. Curious to see how conversions are really affected by this app, so trying pro version with conversion tracking. Will update my review after a week.
