We installed OrderEditing - MT a couple of months ago, and let me tell you—it has been amazing! Giving customers the ability to update their address or phone number, add more products, cancel items, or even cancel their entire order and receive a refund right away has made such a difference. It has significantly reduced the number of support emails we receive asking us to cancel orders, change addresses, update phone numbers, or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Our customers get more control over their orders, and our support team saves a ton of time. This app has made order management so much easier for both our customers and our team. Definitely a game changer and an app I highly recommend!

ProphetVision has been one of the best apps we’ve ever installed on our Shopify store. We receive daily updates with all of our key analytics, so we always know exactly how our business is performing without having to dig through multiple reports. I especially love being able to see how much we’re spending on Google Ads, which products are selling (and which ones aren’t), our top-converting products, profitability, and so much more, all in one place. I was a little worried about pricing when we first started using Limespot a few years ago, but I thought I would give it a try and cancel if it didn't help. Instantly our sales increased dramatically! Limespot did an A/B testing on our site to figure out what worked the best and we are still killing it! I have had a few questions along the way using the chat link and Limespot has gotten back to me within minutes every time, even late at night when they are off work. I have used the Dropified App for approximately 6 years now. Very very happy with it! I do approx $1.5 mill in sales a year on my Shopify business and Dropified saves me SOOOOOO much time. I could never run my store without Dropified! Every time I reach out to Dropified for help, they are always helpful and get back to me ASAP. I recently had some issues, where Greg helped me. We just started using Postscript and so far so good! Have had a couple of questions and Postscript Customer Service has gotten back to me within 5 minutes each time. Very helpful and walked me through everything. We have definitely seen an uptake in sales with Postscript also. I'm sure as we get everything set up better, we will see an even bigger difference!
