This company is fantastic to work with! I am new to the app and am using it in a kinda unconventional way for monthly classes, but was able to get it all set up with just a little help from their team, who is available 24/7. So far, this app is able to do everything I need it to. I'm a very happy customer!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had some very specific needs for scheduling various classes. Joy and Qalvin were both available to help me navigate the app and get my first class sessions set up.
I use CedCommerce for both my Etsy AND Amazon integrations. Thier customer service is fantastic. They work with you to explain the intricacies of listing with these channels. I highly recommend!

I just completed my onboarding video chat with Romell and he was fantastic! He explained the use and navigation of the app perfectly and showed me how I can best intigrate it with my company's needs. Had some issues with my product inventory being synched properly with my Shopify store, but the help chats are very good, as long as you're up late in the US (when it's working hours overseas.)
So far so good. I am still in the trial phase, but everythingg seems to be synching well. Easy to set up and use.
