Very disappointed with the Smile app and their support team. The customer service response time is extremely slow — even after seeing the messages, they take 2–3 days to reply back. We are paying a significant amount for the app, but the support and solutions provided have not been helpful at all. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for a better alternative.

Good APP. I recommend it to everyone.
The app is good and has solved most of my problems. The most important improvement I would like to see is quicker response times from the engineers. I often have to wait for a long time, which is not good. Other than that, the app is fine.
I am really thankful to Foxsell. The team is very nice and helpful. This app has everything I need. I will recommend this app to everyone.
