ClickContext has been incredibly helpful for understanding what’s actually happening on our site beyond the standard analytics dashboards. It makes it much easier to identify where customers are getting stuck, what they’re clicking on, and which pages may need attention. I can ask for clarifying questions, and responses are easy to consume, and they're always actionable. Connecting it to my Codex was also really easy. We’ve also used it to diagnose underperforming landing pages and quickly turn the data into specific, actionable changes. For Fulton's small team, it saves a lot of time digging through analytics and helps us focus on the issues that actually matter. A really useful tool for any Shopify brand that wants a clearer picture of on-site customer behavior.

Really a fantastic app all around, great pricing, customer service and user experience. I've been using Aftersell for a while, first just for their post-purchase upsell functionality, which pretty quickly improved our AOV significantly. After switching to shopify plus we diligenced a bunch of other tools for post purchase upsell and also checkout page blocks, but ultimately discovered that Aftersell WAYYY exceeds other tools in terms of functionality and design. Plus, their pricing is much more fair. There customer service is also amazing (shout out to Dumebi and Hailey!). I can't recommend them enough!! 10/10

I never realized a review app could be THIS good - you don't know what you're missing until you try Junip! I used two other (popular) review apps for my shopify store - i did a lot of diligence comparing features, functionality, price, UI etc - they were very okay. But when I discovered Junip, I realized how GREAT a review platform can be, and my only regret is not having switched over sooner. The platform is so easy to use for both me and my customers. It offers a breadth of features and functionality that is incredibly helpful. The customer support is also unrivaled - they are there to support you every step of the way. The only thing i can say is -try it!

TLDR: Every Shopify store needs to be using Alchemy! Truthfully, when I first started using Shopify, I envisioned that all pages would be easy to customize, modular, and intuitive to build out yourself. I'm sure I'm not alone in being disappointed by how challenging it is to build custom Shopify site - basically impossible without hiring an incredibly expensive dev agency. But in comes Alchemy - exactly what I dreamed Shopify would be... but better! Super intuitive, enables you to customize everything, and so affordable. We built a custom product page using Alchemy and it is more beautiful and effective than the page we spend $thousands to build. Alchemy saved us tens of thousands of dollars and so much time. Plus the most amazing thing is we can make any changes we want moving forward without having to outsource a designer. 10/10!

I have been using Yotpo for just over a month, however my site has some untraditional structuring that made me need unique code. The team at Yotpo- Sheen in particular - was so helpful and responsive. They helped me edit my theme to ensure that Yotpo was functioning effectively. Highly recommend!
