We’ve had an excellent experience with the Bitespeed Platform. The onboarding process was exceptionally smooth. Annika has been a fantastic resource—always responsive, reliable, and quick to assist whenever needed. The platform itself boasts an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
The search feature stopped working suddenly on mobile and tablet. was only functional on desktops. asked for support to help out with this they said to purchase a paid plan and blamed us for the issue. They said they will only help if we gave money to them every month. highly dissapointed. They said because we changed the code it happened but confirmed if we get the paid plan they will sort it out. this is absolutely bullying and unethical behaviour.
The support is very good. They assist instantly. i recommend this to other looking for having affiliates in their business.
