I'm in love with Klayvio. As a small business, it has been so important for us to be able to target high performance customers and Klayvio makes it so easy to do so and track behaviors. I highly recommend to anyone who is trying to grow sales through email marketing strategies. I have learned so much from the videos re: BFCM, segmenting, etc., there are endless ways to grow sales if you are able to harness the tools Klayvio offers. We came from Mailchimp but find this platform is much more powerful and supportive.

What a great company!! I have spoken to them on 2 occasions and they have solved my problems super fast and efficiently! I recently had the pleasure of using a product and receiving support from their team, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! Someone hacked our rewards program and I panicked and went on the messenger and figured I would never hear from anyone. within a few minutes, Eddie hopped on, and was super informative and so attentive. Not only did Eddie help us yesterday, but I wrote him again today, and he knew the case from yesterday and continued to help. I thought that was really great, because he already understood what was happening. WE are really impressed with this app, and their customer service.

This app brings the most revenue to our company. It's that simple. I can go on and on about how easy it is to use, and customize, but at the end of the day, we capture more sales and revenue with this app than any other. It's an absolute must have !!!!!
we LOVE this app. Reviews are so important, of course, and we also feel like it's another way to keep the channels of communication open to our customers, and our customers LOVE it. It helps us build our brand community.
