So far so good. The interface is easy to use, customizable and great customer support. It brings the website to a whole new level. EDIT: After months of using this product, I still receive the same level of support. EDIT: Leogen was responsive, clear and helped me out.

Awesome customer service! They had me set up very fast. They requested access and within hours I was up and running.

I used to app to help me block a scammer by IP address, the developer was kind enough to explain how to find the customer IP address.

If I could give zero starts I would. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SUPPORT - I contacted them 5 times for this issue and had 1 reply asking for access to my store and they STILL have not even attempted to login to resolve this issue. This app does not calculate product add on cost properly. It says its going to charge the customer then upon checkout, the customer is not charged. I found a MUCH better app DYNAMIC PRODUCT OPTIONS and the support is wonderful.

Expert development. This team really goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. I am very please with this app and the service provided.
