Anytime I add a new app to my store, one of the first things I like to check is the quality of the support team. And Urooj from Support was very quick to reply and very friendly and responsive to my questions. So a special thanks goes out to Urooj - you are the man! :) I love this app!

So far so good... Within 24hrs of installing the Assurify Shipping Protection app I have had two customers purchase this protection, which I am pleased to see happen so quickly. It obviously taps into a need that some of my Customers have, and I am pleased to be able to offer this. In terms of support, I reached out today and asked about how I can offer more prominent Assurify branding across my store, and I was assisted promptly by a very friendly support person. I look forward to continuing my experience with the Assurify Team.

It offers a more immediate way to have interaction with my customers. Not all customers want to phone, and emailing back and forth is not always the best option for people. Having a chat option on my site has increased my exposure and has definitely led to an increase in sales.

Love this app, it has transformed my FAQ page from what was a long page of nothing but dense-looking text into a clean, organised layout which is immediately engaging for my site visitors. Simple to set up, but professional looking in its design. Works exactly as I need it to. Support replied to a quick query I had within minutes. Can't fault this great app.

Fantastic app and support. A support call was needed to overcome an issue I was having but this was quickly and easily resolved. App suggestions are welcome through a user's forum and it seems the developers are keen on learning what the app users want implemented. Very happy Customer here.

I have been using Stamped.io to collect reviews for many months now, and it really works a treat. My site now offers a level of trust that I did not have before, which is definitely driving sales. I started with the FREE version as this offers enough functionality to start collecting reviews through emailing Customers. (You can even tailor the review email text in the free version, something you can't do with some competitor apps unless you go Premium). I recently upgraded to the BASIC plan so I can incorporate photo reviews, and admittedly I did need some help getting this set up (I am not as technically-minded as many of you out there!) but in terms of Support it has been a breath of fresh air - simply the best Support I have experienced from any Shopify app over the past 4 years. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. HUGE thanks to the Team at stamped.io and keep up the awesome work! 5 Stars!

Extremely easy to use, perfect for adding ALT text. Have it on 2 stores, not interested in looking elsewhere, this does the trick. Update: Add images and walk away, the app does the rest. Plus support is second to none. My fave app so far.

Continued excellent support from everyone I speak to when I need help. Very happy with the app, very comprehensive and integrates seamlessly with Google and Bing.

So many people out there are hunting for this solution, I am so thankful to finally find it. Admittedly it didn't work initially and I had to follow the manual instructions and add the code into the Google Analytics section of my Shopify back office, but this DOES WORK! No more customer confusion. Customer service is also top-notch, with my request for assistance being answered within an hour. Thanks guys, you rock.
