Full whatsapp and social media functionality, great integration with APIs, fair pricing, in my opinion best option for whatsapp. Cons: AI only in english, and crm integrations are not great for lead management.

Awesome so far, it has all the customisation I need. Multiple agents, multiple date-time customisation, all text is editable, it has nice UX for the costumer, it has integrations with google calendar. It has the flexibility to implement it per variant (which I love). Most of the features are available in the free but I still need google cal sync (pro version). The support is great, and very fast! I recommend this app over lots of other top downloaded ones

Awesome customer service, they helped me instantly and helped me fix it. Easy to use app with lots of functionality. Very complete and easy to use. Recommendations: I would add a form add-on to the cross-selling products and a button that (optionally) redirects the customers to a "view more" page.

SOPORTE: Su apoyo es impresionante, les pedí ayuda y me contestaron al minuto y lo resolvieron a los 5 minutos. Me dieron seguimiento e incluso recomendaciones super valiosas. ACTUALIZACIONES: Siempre están haciendo nuevos updates. Te escuchan por recomendaciones y las implementan.
