PostCo Returns & Exchanges

We’ve been using PostCo for our returns process and have been extremely happy with it. It has made a real difference to the way we manage returns, significantly reducing the number of support tickets and making the whole process much more streamlined for both our team and our customers. The platform is very easy to use, and our customers find the returns process straightforward and intuitive. From a staff perspective, it has also made managing returns much simpler and more efficient. For a fashion brand, we particularly appreciate how customisable PostCo is. It allows us to tailor the returns experience to suit our business and our customers, rather than having to work around a one-size-fits-all system. Another real strength is the team behind PostCo. The app works well, but support changed our default language without permission after I asked a simple question. It is unacceptable to modify customer settings without notification or consent. __ They fixed that. __ The app is working okay, but if you are outside the US, you have pretty limited options. Also, it is quite costly, compared to similar apps.

We have been using this app for just over a month now and we couldn't speak more highly of it! We were suggested Post Co from a friend who also use the platform. Set us was seamless and nothing was an issue. The customisable page is amazing and we even had a few requests to create specific rules that were created by the team. Certainly has streamlines our returns process and has allowed staff more time to work on other projects.

Brilliant returns soultion for our Shopify store. Our customers find it simple and easy to use which has reduced our return emails and overall experience. Support team has been responsive and helpful. My only downfall was not knowing it would cost extra to receive QR on returns. Would defintely recommend.

We’ve tested several return portals and currently use a different one for our main store, which handles over 100,000 orders per year. Unfortunately, PostCo is missing several useful features that our other portal provides. In addition, we couldn’t process exchanges properly as they kept bugging when orders were released. Finally, since we recently merged this store with our main one, our one-year subscription was renewed even though we won’t be using it for the full term. We reached out regarding a partial refund, but were told this wasn’t possible.

PostCo's support team are ultra responsive and will quickly jump on a call if needed. Their portal is intuitive and the team are very helpful when setting up and making any changes to your return rules. All in all the platform works really well for us and our customers.

For perspective, PostCo has been teaming up with our WMS to custom build an integration of returns statuses and more. With this work, PostCo has helped cut down operational debt and customer service work by up to 45%!!(!) already a few months after implementing. Where 1 return usually came with 10+ clicks and a bunch of.. creative issues, a return now takes max 4 clicks, and everything just.. works! 10/10, can only recommend!

Very user friendly UI, easy to use back end, and overall good App for Shopify exchanges/returns. The great thing is that the exchange can be done for differently priced items. The customer service is also helpful when needed.

We've been using this portal now for a couple of years and it just keeps getting better and better. You definitely need an onboarding to ensure it is all set up correctly but once you've done this it is incredible. It saves us so much time. Plus in terms of the monthly/yearly fee, I reckon we get this back by offering gift vouchers as refunds (with a 10%) incentive. The number of customers who opt for this is incredible and what would have been cash refunds turn into gift cards instead. Special mention to Fara also who is so efficient and helpful. Great business who deserve our business.

By the way, I have tested, demo'd many return programs like returnly, aftership, loop, and this is the solution I have chosen in terms of cost effectiveness, and automation, as well as compatibility with gorgias as a help desk. The brand end of Postco is very intuitive and thoughtful, with very simple front end yet POWERFUL features built in on the back end to help you control your returns. Aisyah was beyond helpful in setting up Postco. The software does allow for automatic returns. I definetly recommend the app, and her as a success manager, she went above and beyond! Theres a lot of tweaks I was trying to do on my own, but I learned so much just walking through the set up and fixing things with her.

Really happy we chose Post Co to provide our returns portal. The portal admin page is very well designed, the policy rules for example are very flexible, but also easy to understand, and configure. The help centre documents all the features really well. The number of returns related customer support tickets has reduced since using Post Co, and our customer support team can view detailed status of a return, and easily make changes if requested. Our returns processing procedure is much more efficient now, and staff new to the role can be trained quickly due to the ease of use. We’re retaining more revenue, more customers now choose an exchange, or credit, instead of a refund. Post Co clearly understand the challenges merchants face, and take onboard feedback, for example they recently added a paperless QR code return option via Royal Mail. Finally the Post Co team are a pleasure to work with, the support team know their product, and respond quickly. Special thanks to Jill who made sure we had all the information we needed during the initial sales discussions, and has supported us through onboarding, and post launch.

This is a very user friendly app and we are very happy with it so far. We love that we can customise rules to suit our store. The customer side is simple to follow and very clear. We switched from another very complex app to Postco and one of the best things was that the onboarding process was a dream!! Melisa guided us through the step by step set up has been extremely helpful ever since. Any questions we have are answered the same day and we feel very supported!

Customer service at PostCo is fantastic; Melisa, Dylan and Felicia have all been so helpful with any queries we've had and have taken on our feedback graciously and actioned any changes to improve the experience which we really appreciate. It took us quite some time to set up and get the portal and emails to look on brand, but since we did it has been a pretty seamless experience! A much better experience for our customers than the manual setup we had previously.

We have been using the platform without issue for approx 1 year then we had some technical issues with the platform in April, that are mostly resolved. It took a fair bit of communication to resolve, but the Post Co team did stick with it and were able to eventually implement a fix. We look forward to further improvements in the coming months.

EDIT: PostCo did get in touch with me and refunded the shipping charges that we incorrectly received. I'm still unhappy that we were being charged for return shipping fees for the past 8 months, and would have continued to do so had we not noticed and reached out to them. When I asked why this went unnoticed for so long, they apologized but no explanation was given. The app is otherwise very user-friendly and easy to use. It has certainly made our return process smoother. As our issue has since been resolved, we'll continue to use the application for our store, and I recommend it to other merchants, however, do be aware of any return shipping charges if you integrate your post account, and ensure you are refunded accordingly. We will be removing PostCo. from our website. We have integrated shipping, so the customer has been paying for return costs, and then we have also been getting billed for return fees on our monthly invoice. It won't allow us to switch off integrated shipping through the app either.

The onboarding process with Melisa was very smooth and she was always helpful and responsive. The app itself is very easy to use and we have not had any major issues so far. There are a lot of different rules and customisation options as well which is great!

The app makes returns easy and seamless and allows you to charge customers for return shipping domestically and internationally which we feel like most other Returns Portal are lacking. Since switching to PostCo. our returns process has been dramatically simplified for both us and our customers. At first, it can be a little fiddly getting everything set up to the store and policy specifications, but Melisa's induction and ongoing support from both Melisa and Nick made it a breeze. Support responses are timely and a majority of enquiries have been resolved with ease and clarity. Integrating with Australia Post was also quite simple. You will need a merchant account with them to integrate otherwise there is a manual mail-in option to get started. The FAQs had a good step by step on the set-up. I would recommend to anyone using this app for the first time to allow 2-3 weeks of returns to go through to find any pain points ( all stores are different! ) and tweak as you go. We recommend this app 100%.

PostCo 360 has been such a great upgrade for us, it does almost everything we need, and makes processing returns simple and efficient. The business support is also fantastic!
