Historically Yotpo assistance has been slow and time-consuming, but they must be working on improving that lately! Stephanie was very helpful in getting my issue resolved swiftly and efficiently.
It overall has very good functionality and a lot of options right out of the box, and the Appstle Team is super responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance! There are things here and there that could be improved with the app itself, but they seem to be working on improvements regularly. Often times whatever I was having trouble with gets fixed before I even make a suggestion.

Appstle's customer service is excellent through and through - especially Brooks. We had to transfer subscriptions from Yotpo and the process took US a couple of minutes and THEM less than two hours. Their offerings include all the necessary features that customers and admins are looking for, and we're very excited about a couple of new releases in the near future. Kudos Appstle!

It's mostly functional for being free so I can't complain too much. There are a few things that would make admin much easier though. While it's nice in some cases to not have the price update when adding/removing products, I would like to ***option*** to have the price recalculated/reset based on the current item prices. Without that option, this creates an annoying manual step when we change the price of an item or swap out the item in a bundle. I also wish it would add up Cost and Compare-At prices automatically. It would also be helpful if the bundle product listing would initially pull in all of the product media from the related products. Much easier to remove what isn't needed vs re-uploading what is. There's also no way to report on sales via bundles. I have an automatic discount set up for our bundles collection so the sales by discount report is sort of a workaround. A few bundles have overlapping SKUs though, so I can't quickly tell which bundle that item was purchased with.

Very good app! Customer service is responsive too. They were able to help me with some specific customizations and issues. Using an old theme so it is not ideal.

Great app and easy to customize the code if you have some CSS, HTML, and Javascript understanding. If you don't the customer service is great too.

Save yourself the hours of research. This is BY FAR the best app for quizzes that lead to sales. It is very customizable, simple to configure, has all the tracking a marketer would want for Google Analytics and Facebook, the ability to apply discounts, integrations with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and a bunch of others, and their customer service and developers are incredible. That can't be overstated enough. We were building a relatively custom, point-based quiz that needed calculations on the points to accurate display the results. Thier dev team BUILT IT FOR US IN DAYS. I can't promise they will be able to do the same for you BUT that kind of service is incredible. Thank you!
