Lousy App and Extremely unhelpful support. Last year, when I installed the App, they got partner access to my store and integrated a numbers of tags which were connected through Google App on Shopify. I have long had conflicting issues of duplicating tracking of Ads converstion. When I have found out this App is creating the issue, the App provider did not help . the write very long story and I have difficulty to get substance out of it. They created the mess by accessing to my store, they could solve by accessing again. Probably they do not have competence to help. I do norecommend others to use the App

The tracking issues you described appeared after updates and migrations of tags in the Google Sales Channel on August 18, based on your messages, and were not related to changes made by our app. In fact, we have not had access to your store or made any modifications since 2024, when we assisted you with a custom pixel configuration regarding GA4. That support was outside the scope of our app’s core functionality, but we provided it to be helpful. We also ensure that we inform and obtain confirmation from merchants whenever any changes are requested, to remain transparent and responsible. I had been using the App for 1 years. untill last year It was working OK. Then I unstalled because I did not anymore. Today I have installed again. It is not working. They tried to update it but they destroyed it. Now it is one of the worst App on Shopify. I never experienced such a lousy support. I am deleting the App even I am losing 17 Usd. "This is a very useful App. I have started using it and I like it. Highly recommended. I did not have need for support, everything is clear" dated 27.04.2023

The Vimeo App cannot import products from Shopify anymore. I have over 500 products, only a few are in Shopify folder. If I click on that, it takes to error page. If I try to write anything on search fieldt, it takes also to error page. This problem has been here recently. I contacted support for several days, did not get any help. This is the most incompetent, worthless support I have ever experienced. The support agen does not have any basic knowledge and no intention to look at the issue. I have paid for 1 year. This money is thrown into water.
I am quite satisfied with the effectivity and performance of the App. Their support team is very helpful. Even in trial period I got many cross sells. I will keep the App permantly and recommend it to others

Extremely useful App. You can get all necessary features in a single App. I have never experienced so good support before. They have fulfilled all my requirements by individual adjustments. You can save a lot of money by using the App. This is the best App I have ever used. Highly recommended.

Very bad help and support. They never reply your queries. I have never experienced such a thing before. All Apps support answer except this one

We received and responded to your emails sent on the 13th and the 14th. In fact, I responded personally to both of them on the day we received them. It sounds like you did not receive my responses. It's likely that they were spam filtered by your email provider. The responses are from "michael-support@taloncommerce.com".
