This app is the best Chat GPT4 chat bot I find in shopify app. The answers of the chat bot are pretty acurate, it responds and answers questions in Chinese Traditional, and I can modify chat content (if I want) for more accurate chats. Pretty amazing! Other than that, the pricing is very friendly. I run a very small print shop in Taiwan. I would like to first try chat bot and see how it can help potential clients. I find not only the pricing on the basic plan ($14) is very affordable to me, the next pricing tier ($29) is also acceptable. Other similar apps may offer similar pricing for the basic plan, but once the reply limits are reached, the next plan may jump from $10 to $49-$99, which is not affordable to a small shop like ourselves. But the best part is their willingness and response time to help customers. I've reached them a few times for different issues. Alex demonstrated extremely good customeer service, and all issues have been fixed in 2 days the latest (mainly due to the time zone difference between Europe and Asia). All in all, the app is highly recommended for anyone who wants to use Chat GPT4 for chat bot.

The app is very easy to config and straight forward to use. I had a question regarding the caption of the images, wrote to the support team, and they replied with a video walkthrough. Very effective communication! I know other similar apps may have lower monthly charge to start with. But to be honest, once we know how much these apps can help us to improve the appearance of our website, we tend to use the gallery function more than we originally planned as we grow the content of our online shop. So the cheaper option at the beginning will end up more expensive down the road. As a result, I do think the friendly fixed charge of this app is anther key factor for us to make the decision. Recommenced!

My current Loyalty and Referral APP has some issues, so I'm looking to switch to other app. I came accross BON and it has almost all the features I'm looking for. I'm willing to pay for the features but BON amazingly offers those features for free. Appreciated for offering such a wonderful app for small shop like us. Their service is also top notch. Anna, Emile, and Daisy have been very helpful. Thank you! The only thing I'd like to recommend is to add customized point earning activities. In our case, we would like to offer points when customers leave us Google or website review. We look forwards to seeing this function down the road, and willing to pay for the advanced function. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a app to help you in Point Earning, Referral, and VIP Tiering.

I used Swift Expert Service last July and my major contact is Maria. The process is a bit complicated, so that I just finished the speed optimization project of my website recently. I have to say I'm extremely happy about the result. The page speed of my home page came up from 12-13 to 60+. Not only the result is satisfactory, their customer service is friendly and helpful. The service charge is USD150, but the team helped me to identify the core issues why my website is so slow (due to the use of certain APP), helped to coordinate with the relevant APP, advised me to switch to better optimized theme, and offered me to optimize my new theme once I complete the switch. I like their attitude and their service speed. Highly recommended!

I run an online printing lab. Uploadkit is an efficient app to allow clients to upload large size files with more flexibility and even better pricing compared to the one I used. During the switch I had some file size and bilingual issues, and Toby helped me to solve all the issues. Overall great app with fantastic support. I'm happy that I made the switch.

The platform is easy to use with a great deal of useful help document. I have issues from time to time since my install, but I find their customer service is extremely helpful with fast response time. Issues are solved within hours in my case. Highly recommended! I would say it is easy to use and helped me for better page setup. Most importantly, the support team is very helpful. Recently I accidentally messed up with my FAQ page and all contents were gone. I use the free version to send product review request to client after an order has been fulfilled. Once it's properly configured, it does work pretty well and save me a lot of time chasing clients for product review. Furthermore, I like how helpful the customer service is when I need help. I had a few questions about how to import and display Shopify reviews in the APP, Ivan quickly helped me to solve the problem even I'm in free plan. Great APP and fantastic customer service!
