All the features on the POS PRO (Upper-tier subscription service) are completely unnecessary for the POS system and can be accessed through the Shopify back-end on a laptop or desktop computer. However, Exchanges are completely necessary and are not included in the free version. Wouldn't mind, but you can also only preform an exchange on a transaction once - if a customer tries to exchange an item they've already exchanged they are unable to do so. The price for this subscription should be at best $30 CAD a month. $120 CAD a month is an absolute robbery. Does Shopify not have enough money already?

I was caught off guard by having to re-download something we've been using for a long time, but this was a much needed and long overdue improvement. Now you can print MULTIPLE products' price labels at once. Major timesaver. And the labels print twice as fast as they used to. I'm not too fussy about how they look aesthetically; it would be nice to have some font options. One thing that would make this a 5-star review would be the ability to print barcode labels straight from a product transfer.

Painfully slow to update the prices. Dashboard and back end system is unnecessarily cluttered and confusing. Feel like an absolute sucker for paying $99.00 for this. I mean it'll do the trick for nixing discount codes, but if you're going to charge $100 bucks it should look like a $100.

Easily our favourite and most used APP. Works perfect for our online store and even better for our brick-n-mortar. An associate can sign customers up to an out of stock product from their iPhone on the sales floor. Fuss free and keeps the customers coming.
