The best shopify app, and probably the best support ever.
The app worked like a charm, the customer support is brilliant, Vanessa was very kind to help and guide, although the dashboard is pretty straightforward and intuitive. Wish Mida brings more apps, because a customer support is what merchants needs more than just the tech. Thank you.
I've been on Shopify for over six years, and I've never come across an app this good and robust, and on top of that, the support from William and Max is amazing. The ease of scheduling, attaching additional assets, and limiting downloads all provide so much peace of mind. There's hardly ever been an outage or issue, and they'll reach out within minutes if you have a question or need guidance. I only wish I could give 10 stars! :)

This app is a beast, does everything from image optimzation to seo, speed booster, lazy loading, compression etc....Julia is amazing, she is knowledgebase and never say no. The support is always spot on.
Brilliant app with so many integrations, smooth process and support is spot on! Couldn't pick one thing to complain about.
Absolutely Brilliant! Includes data more than shopify could offer. Even the free plan is so useful...Thank you very much.

Wonderful App. Very Easy to setup and support is spot on and quick...The features that they have provided is unmatchable to the any other app for the purpose of web security and geo locations...including content protections etc
This is the worst app, get ready to lose customers if you are installing this.....I got back t back chargebacks from customers, when i contacted the customers they accepted that yes they got the order but on their credit card bill there was no name of shop or business or no any such details...can you believe this idiocy?? Did shopify just launched a teenage app??? lastly, who authorized shopify to install these crap apps for no reason? I didn't install this app but i had no idea what was happening until i got screenshot by customer that there was no name of business or anything just random charges........I wish I could sue this app and those who install these apps on all stores without any knowledge of the merchant......

The Shop App and Sales Channel is a sales channel made and managed by Shopify to help stores reach customers on the mobile device market, while also expanding their brand exposure, and bringing in more sales to their business. This channel is auto-installed on stores that are eligible for Shop. Such a robust app, with seamless integrations and very very intuitive interface. The support staff is very quick and knowledgable, there is reason omnisend is becoming a buzz...Happy to be aboard...
What? Such brilliant app for free? I couldn't believe it for a few minutes, I thought I am on free plan, but turned out the whole app is for free.....With extensive features. On top of that customer support was even more brilliant, Hana was so helpful and informative....Thanks to Hana and the Avada, it took me few minutes to setup all features.
