Bold Product Options responds to messages with quick help and answers. We enjoy the many customizations that we can give our customers with this App.
Locksmith is exactly what we needed for our wholesale store. They have recently added functions that are even more helpful, so I appreciate them always working to offer the best options. We get a lot from the low cost it is given at.The customer service is excellent, and a shout out to Erica for always giving me clear information on what she is doing and instructions for what I need to do.
Since our company receives many orders that are gifts, this app provides our customers with a way to keep track of the products that they want to get for upcoming events in their family's and friend's lives, as well as their own. And we experienced prompt, professional and friendly customer service.
This app has given our wholesale customers a quick way to order which is beneficial in keeping a sale going. The customer service is really great as they answered in a short time and they were willing to provide the exact customization we wanted.
This app is a great addition to our website. It will help our customers keep track of products they may buy in the future. Also, the customer service is excellent. I had all the questions I had answered and lots of help with getting the look we want for our website.
This app has great options and they have wonderful customer assistance. I find it to be a great app for our store.

We're new to this app but are really enjoying it. When we installed last week, we were able to get the customization we wanted for the appearance of the progress bar. We also had a couple of things that we misunderstood, and Toby was very helpful and responsive to our needs. He explained what we needed to do and offered any additional help we needed. I would recommend this app for stores that want to try a free gift and/or free shipping offer.

This app works great! (And it was quick to just add tags to all our wholesalers.) I really appreciate all your time and help with this. You've helped us get this gift wrap option (which we've been wanting for a long time) functioning wonderfully for our customers!

Thank you again for the collaboration to help get your store setup perfect with our Wrapped gift options. The new customer filter / wholesale account feature is great for businesses who serve customers and wholesalers. With this feature you can decide to turn off gift options for a specific customer account or groups of customers (wholesalers).
