The GovX App has been nothing but great. My Customer Success Manager has been prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend it! In a world where I have 1 million things to do, I know that GovX will always be there to help. Update: We are still with GOVX today, and will continue to use them. They have been super helpful through discount changes and many business changes.

Shopify Flow has been really great to have. I have been able to set up inventory alerts, flows to help launch sales, add tags, add products to collections and more. Plus, I'm sure there is a ton of other awesome stuff we can use Flow for.

Nofraud has been really great for us. We used to use Forter in the past which was pretty good but Nofraud/Wyllo just had a way better integration with Shopify making everything super seamless. Would recommend if your store has a lot of fraud and chargebacks

We’ve had a great experience with Aimerce. Setup was quick, the interface is clean, and it fits seamlessly into our workflow. It helps massively with ads, and our ads guys love it!

I couldn't recommend this app for many reason. We have been having issues with it ever since we downloaded it, we have reached out the support team many times and we don't ever hear back. As well as the dashboard view for the app doesn't work and all we can see is the settings page. Before when we could see the dashboard view it was saying it was blocking codes but even our employees could still redeem the codes. So it clearly doesn't work.

Awesome app for Google Shopping feed. Love it. It really allows us to get custom and ensure we are putting our best foot forward.

We started using Wiser a few months ago to replace our manual frequently bought together recommendations and it has been great. From what I can tell the AI-based recommendations work very well. The two potential downsides is I want more out-of-the-box customizability without the need for a developer and I would like to hide products from being displayed if the AI recommendation is chosen. Wiser did help us with the customization a lot but it would have been good to do it on our own. Overall great app and good customer service!

Their customer support tackles any problem quickly with resolve. Richpanel hosting zoomphone, chat and email support is fantastic!

We have been using this app for almost two years now and it has been going well. I love the amount of customizability of the app. You can change the color of just about everything and with custom HTML and CSS we can make it look even better. Their support is great and has helped with all of the custom code we added. There are a lot of features so it does take a little bit to get the app dialed in and working the way you want it to. The only bad thing about the app is how much work it takes to make it perfect, and even after that to keep it working you should try and spend a little bit each week to keep it running well. This app has been great to use so far. There are so many features giving the customers different options to receive a back-in-stock notification with Facebook, email, or SMS. They give you a lot of control over the appearance of the button and the pop-up itself and where it is on the site. I do also like the weekly emails that you get letting you know how much you have made from it. Great product, I would recommend.
