great app, exactly what i was looking for. seamless experience and keeps existing products.
Love this app so much! Super useful in our shop, we have it on all of our product pages and collection pages, and the customer service is top notch.

would not let me link my amazon account, just gave an error. i'm not able to fully test this app if it wont even let me link to amazon.

In most cases, this happens when an amazon account is not yet fully verified or doesn't have a professional package (amazon requirments). Works ok for ebay. Absolute garbage for amazon. Screwed up all of our amazon listings, messed up our product names on amazon, etc. Support harassed me to remove my initial negative review, saying they would help sort out the issues. They never sorted out the issues so negative review is back up now. Not recommended for amazon.

You can't create amazon listings from this app. You have to create the listings on amazon seller central and then link them to this app.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. At this time the functionality to list products with a new Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) is not available from within our app, however any product connected to an existing ASIN can be published to Amazon directly from the App without needing to create the listing on Amazon first. We hope to add the ability to list products with a new ASIN directly from the app in a future update.
Works well and has helped save time on customer service since customers can sign up for alerts automatically. Would recommend!
Haven't had the best experience with 'Route' shipping protection and was looking for an app where we can still offer package protection and keep the money so that we actually make a profit, rather than 'Route' making a profit off of our customers. Wasn't quite working how we wanted to at first, but I contacted their support chat and 'John' was a huge help, he was very responsive and did some changes to get it working just right. Now works just how it did with 'Route' but we get the protection money and have full control over the process! W00t for making some profits!
