It’s super easy to set up, and the biggest win for us is being able to manage our own shipping protection instead of relying on third parties. Keeping that revenue in-house while resolving claims quickly has made a real difference both operationally and financially. The customization options are also a big plus—we were able to match everything to our brand and control how it appears in the cart/checkout. Overall, it just works. If you want more control over shipping protection and a smoother post-purchase experience, definitely worth trying.
