the price for this app is ridiculous. complete rip off. its about 4 times the price it should be and way more expensive than other apps that do the same thing

competley useless support, app is full of bugs, constantly tell us for over a month that an update is being launched in a few days - every time a lie. super basic functionality doesnt even work like showing cost of product in the profit loss chart (which then only shows revenue and no profit making it useless). will be switching to another app soon, this company is a shables how its run, crap apps like this should not be launched until they work properly
there is no basic filter to show out of stock products from ali, making this app fairly useless as now easy way to see or replace out of stock products. amazing that such basic functionality is missing

the load speed was increased and performance much worse, tested many times across various pages and homepage. do not recommend this, it is of no use and will be uninstalling it.

Hello, First of all, thank you for your interest in our app. - This application will not increase or decrease any page load speed measures such as Pingdom or GTmetrix, Page Speed Insight, or others. Your site is not technically faster, but the user experience is highly optimized. It is also important to understand that these test tools look at the first page. Our technology is triggered on the second page. Thus you won't see any improvement in their rating. However, browse your site once the application is installed, and let yourself be impressed. - The Page Speed Booster is using a technique called "prefetch", in which we’re actually requesting and downloading the page and storing it in the cache, right before your shoppers click the link to the page. However, this is dependent on a number of conditions (such as current tabs/threads opened by browser, the internet connection, the download process), as prefetching can be ignored by the browser, to balance itself. For example, the browser might just take the texts and abandon the request of a large font file or some images on a slow network. In a certain case, Firefox browser, it will only prefetch resources when “the browser is truly idle”. For example, while in the Home Page, the user is currently on a page where they are making a decision of a Product to click. So, 99% of the next page will be the Product Detail Page. Page Speed Booster improves the performance of this page by having the browser retrieve the contents while the user is still thinking. this app is ridiculously expensive at over $200 per year... even if there were some benefits, the price is simply crazy, it should be $5 or less per month really. i dont get these apps with silly overpriced on going costs. so if the website runs for 5 years, thi is one thousand dollars for a simple app. crazy!!

Hey! This is a very strange impression of you, in average our app help merchants to make hundreds of dollars monthly, more than $200 on average, this pays the app for almost one year. I don't think the way you are looking at the price makes sense, our app was created for merchants to make much more money than they are paying for the app, if you are not happy with the app you can request a refund and we can approve that, but we sell for this price because we see the results and we know the app will pay for itself quickly and generate revenue for merchants. The reason this gets only 2 stars are 2 main issues : 1. Way overpriced (when you think shopify costs $30 per month for a vry extensive system and platform) - this at the same cost after any useful addons are selected also at very close to $30 is a bit of a rip off - this is $350 per year... which once setup doesnt mean any work from them or any ongoing heavy use like complex software. The price should be around $10 per month (or $100 per year) with all options - that would be actually reasonable. 2. It translates all the urls into foreign language special characters - which is firstly useless and not relevant for google or seo (google sees non special characters exactly as the same and word are the same) and secondly a nightmare to copy and paste into other systems, share to others (looks ridiculous) and use as hyper links in extrenal links etc. Upon questioning them and suggesting this be changed by defauly - the response was clearly they are not bothered and i would have to manually edit 1500 pages of the site if i wanted to... The app overall works ok - but these 2 factors above make it both a rip off and frustrating to use. Oh and they have this strange system of pasting some extra code after a url of your site so you can edit that site - but dont make that obviously anywhere in the app or the app settings!! you have to go unting for this in some help page... crazy. The whole app has potential but needs much better people running it and using logic on its interface....
this app used to work great and now does not work anymore. it is a complete pain and a waste of time now. multiple emails to support and no fix yet....

Hi, Some IPs seem to be getting different type of URLs some of the time. We are working on a fix. Import works normally for overwhelming majority of users. Sorry for the issues you are facing.
When importing subscribers, customers and contacts from my business who have actually signed up on the website or bought products, omnisend automatically sets around half of them as "non-subscribed" - therefore half of my subscribers will never see any of the emails sent out. Not a very good system as there is no manual override or way for you to set them back to subscribed by yourself. However, after this happening I have been in contact with customer support, who was very quick, friendly and helpful - who has reinstated my subscribers. Still - this step should not really be necessary if the system did not have this strange issue. Be very aware of this flaw in the app and that you will have to contact customer service and at their discretion have them set your subscribers from non subscribed back to the correct subscribed status. Will be testing the app more to see if it fulfills our needs as an email marketing system after a rocky start to using it. UPDATE : After having even more problems loading up lists which I have already paid to be cleaned, the system automatically stops campaigns from running. The support screenshot guides which show how to remove inactive emails are completely wrong and out of date as the company has updated their system but not the screenshots, so all fields are different and impossible to follow the guide. I have been sent this wrong guide now about 3 or 4 times by various support staff. So far omisend, although has a fairly nice interface, is a complete headache and waste of time using in practice compared to other email marketing systems. UPDATE : Omnisend after a year of me using it decided to increase the price to a ridiculous amount, maybe 10 times what i was paying, so i cancelled it. The app is nice idea but please not the severe flaws as above and now the stupid pricing makes it way overpriced and not a feasible option to use. Sort it out guys...
this app has a major flaw. when getting to checkout page , the currency switches back to $USD (which is normal and a limitation of shopify). It needs a simple message to tell the buyer what is happening, otherwise they are confused and leave the checkout. Other auto currency converter apps add this message in the final checkout page, no problem. This app does not. I contacted the support about this major but easy to fix issue. they had the attitude that they dont care and cant edit any text on the checkout page (which is rubbish as other apps (some even cheaper) are easily able to do this).
does what it says. hides paypal logo (shopify standard design is shockingly bad and confusing for customers). Billy was fast with support help also
nice idea for backups but totally flawed in the fact that you cant download an offline copy of the backup. Anyone know whos has dealt with sensitive data over time that leaving your data and backups down to a system out of your hands is basic bad practice. Also the app is expensive at $5 every month, thats $60 per year or $300 over 5 years - a hell of alot more than very high quality software which is a time purchase. I do not agree with the ongoing payment system these apps suck you into - over time they end up costing a ridiculous amount of money for what you get. If offline backups were available and the app was a one time payment , would prob get 5 stars, until then its 2 stars.

We do allow customers to download offline copies of their backups. Contact us at help@rewind.io and request an export of your data - we're happy to provide that to paying customers who have been with us for 6 months or more.
great app, slightly cheaper than the others (monthly payment still sucks though, id rather it was a one off payment). Amazing suport staff, fixed an issue in a couple of hours. Recommended
