I needed a post purchase survey. I’m not technical at all so asked support for help. An almost immediate response by Jason and it’s all set up! 10/10 for customer support with this company. Thank you. Update: Nov 2025, I had an issue with my store, (no fault of the app itself) and again Jason has gone above and beyond to fix my issue. The support that comes with this app is second to none! So happy I chose Zigpoll. Thank you very much.
Oleksandr was very helpful in showing me how to make an adjustment. Super fast customer service. Great app. Thank you. Update June 2025: Taras has just spend a great deal of time helping me with another bespoke request for my store. This is one of the best help desk experiences using an app! Highly recommend.

Justin was fast and super helpful answering all my questions. Thank you. This app is brilliant and works great with my dawn theme shopify store. I'm on the free version but very happy to pay when I have more visitors to my store. Highly recommend this app!

I'm still in my trial period with Omnisend but it seems really good and the support chat is very quick and helpful.
