Terrible experience, months after I closed my account, they're still billing me monthly. This is one of the reasons I closed my account, plus their horrendous fulfillment times. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

No need to look any further — this is the best support you’ll find. The setup took just a few minutes, and the AI immediately started answering product questions with impressive accuracy. It feels like having a knowledgeable sales rep available 24/7. Highly recommended!
This app covers all the bases, is easy to install, has plenty of features, and is priced right. To top it off, they have amazing customer service!
Updated review. I'm not sure what's going on at Trendsi, but things seem to have gone from bad to worse. Specifically, their shipping delays and lack of communication thereof. My last order took over a month to ship, and after I was told it was shipped, I was then told not all of the order was shipped, and I was being refunded for the piece that didn't ship (due to a quality issue, their generic reply). Their customer service only makes things worse. Why is it that I don't have shipping issues with the other 5 suppliers I use? I'll no longer be selling from Trendsi once I get their products removed from my store. Update-6/2 order placed, informed 6/12, it was out of stock, unacceptable!
