I recently added CC wholesale clothing to compliment my brand for jewelry. They have very nice pieces. Additionally, I had some questions along the way. Edmond from the Chat answered them swiftly! I had each time less than one minute wait. I look forward to continuing business with this company.
I have placed 5 orders with this company. All 5 have had shipping issues and they actually lie to you and tell you it's shipped and when you go look at the tracking only a label has been created and it hasn't shipped. I'm doing everything to get my last 2 orders out the door and they are providing vague and "fake" answers to me after leaving messages, 10 + emails and voicemails and will not show it shipped in the app so I can't get payment from my Collective suppliers because you cannot manually update your orders it has to be synched from their site. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I will be canceling as soon as my customers last 2 orders are fulfilled (IF THAT EVER HAPPENS).

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced, but we do want to clarify that we do not provide fake tracking information or intentionally misrepresent an order’s shipping status. We have been in business for over 10 years and have fulfilled orders for thousands of customers. A company does not remain in business for that length of time by intentionally misleading its customers, and we take accusations of dishonesty seriously. Tracking numbers are often generated when an order enters the fulfillment process, and there can be a delay before the carrier completes its first physical scan. During that time, tracking may only show “label created,” even though the order is already being processed for shipment. We understand how important timely shipping and accurate fulfillment updates are for your business, especially when your own customer payments depend on those updates. We also acknowledge that communication and status updates should have been clearer, and we apologize for the frustration this caused. Our support team is available by email, phone, and live chat, and we are happy to review any outstanding orders directly and provide the most current status available.
Cant get ahold of anyone, no way to cancel!

To cancel your membership, simply delete the My Online Fashion Store app from your Shopify store. Removing the app will cancel the subscription associated with it. If you need any assistance with the cancellation process, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
App has been down for over 24 hours, with support saying it'll take another 24-48 hours to fix. Very disappointed with the downtime and lack of a real resolution timeline.

I like my online store but there are not enough options for plus size women. And that is who my store caters to.

I haven’t had the chance to fully try this app yet, but I’m excited to use it for my online fashion store. I have used this app a few times for my website. I didn't understand how everything worked the first couple of times but Edmund is very fast to answer questions about the app, their services, and how their shipping works within the company. A large selection of products. Have had quick delivery to most of our customers. Had one item missing on an order to a customer and they took ownership of the issue and appropriately worked with us to make things right.

I have used this app before. I have re-branded and once again using this app. It is so easy to use, modify and add things. This is a really good App and never had problem with customer service now or before. I sell a lot on eBay and Poshmark. Poshmark requires you to use their shipping label which I send to CC and they use for shipment. They then reimburse your shipment payment when you ordered. Never, ever had any problem with the service.

I love this app, they have a nice collection and they are very responsive. The only problem is their stock. I placed so far 3 orders and all of them was late due to back orders. There is a lot of competition in our business and the lead time is very crucial for the customer satisfaction. I hope they will get better. I'm giving 3 stars for now and I'll update it in a month or so.

Love the program, not a lot of trendy youthful pieces though, wish it could be more faster downloading the items to shopify. Love the concept though. Bits and pieces are a little confusing. For example sizing charts transferring onto product descriptions on shopify.

About the speed of adding products to Shopify — you can typically add up to 30 items at a time in about 5 minutes. The timing can vary based on how many variants and images a product has, but overall the process should be fairly quick. We’re always looking to enhance and improve the app, and speed is something we continually work on. For size charts, those are optional when importing products. You can choose not to include them, and we also provide all size charts separately inside the app so you can download and place them anywhere on your store. Dissatisfied; we’ve had the embarrassment of having to cancel orders due to items being out of stock. MyOnline Fashion Store needs to improve their inventory, or remove items that aren’t available.

My Online Fashion Store is a great company to do business with. I've had a wonderful experience working with the folks there. They have been very attentive and helpful with all the support that I have requested of them. You can call and talk to them on the phone, which is very rare in this industry. The custom materials that I have ordered have been created with perfection. It's impressive that they have an art department dedicated to the creation of clients' artwork. The app is a breath of fresh air to utilise. The import of products to Shopify is a breeze, encompassing all the necessary elements for adding new products. Speaking of products, they have a vast array of clothing to choose from; you can find anything from casual to elegant from the numerous different brands available in the app. I am indeed impressed. I have been using the My Online Fashion Store app for a while, and I’m extremely happy with both their product selection and their turnkey drop shipping store service. The app itself makes it super easy to add stylish, high-quality fashion clothing and accessories to my Shopify store. What really impressed me, though, was their turnkey drop shipping store option. I decided to go with it to save time setting up my boutique, and it was one of the best business decisions I’ve made. There is only a ONE time fee of $99 and it gives you access to 5,000 ready to ship items for your store. You get a choice of 12 themes to pick for your website. The team handled everything—from designing a beautiful, professional-looking website to loading it with so many amazing high selling trending items and setting up all the essential integrations. My store was ready to launch in no time, and I could start marketing right away without worrying about the technical details. You can get the cheapest monthly option which is only $9 a month but I just upgraded to pay the for the year for $108 because you get 20% off every item you sell for the whole year which gives you so a lot more profit. I really like the My Online Fashion Store app. The delivery is always 5 business days or less. The flat shipping rate is the lowest that I've seen when compared to other apps. I also like that there is a category to let me know which items are popular. I only wish that there was a wider selection of jeans and holiday-themed clothing.

The customer support here is just as good or better than anything else I've ever been involved in. I hit them up at at all hours of the night with random questions & they answer them very quickly, usually immediately. I'll update when the whole process is complete.

This app used to work wonderfully for about two years. I'm not sure what happened but I kept getting an error page not found message for a few days. I thought that I could just uninstall and reinstall since my store was updated with the Shopify upgrades. Now I can't even download the app back to my store. I really enjoyed the quality of clothing but until this issue is corrected, I can only award one star.

Recently, I purchased the ready made store thru Shopify. Although my relationship with MY ONLINE STORE is still fairly new, I do have some things to say about them that I hope you find of some value. First, let's talk about value for a minute. For a hundred bucks, where are you going to find a company that will provide you with your very own website that comes stocked full of 500 or so very sellable and fashionable items for you to re-sell thru that site at twice what those items cost you? And it appears to me that there's really even more room there to raise your price even more than double and still remain competitive. I know I've already given the price of this website away, but if I hadn't have done that, what would you guess your cost to be for what is basically a fully functional, stocked and ready to open store website? So as I was plugging around the web in search of something like that, I was guessing that I'd be facing at least a $500.00 bill and probably even more. I won't go into how pleasantly pleased I was to stumble onto the pages of MY ONLINE STORE. It was all I was looking for and it was a hundred bucks! Now THAT is the kind of value that I'm talking about. Real value. Another thing that is of great value and is becoming a rarity in times like we're in is that these folks actually DO what they tell you they'll do. I know can you believe that? So if you are the kind of person who actually keeps your word whether it's convenient to do or not, then you can appreciate the value in dealing with a company who feels the same way about keeping their word. It's comforting and it begins almost immediately to build trust between the parties. And I don't know that you could put a number on the value of being able to trust your business associates. It certainly would be a large number I assure you that. So without writing a book here, I'll leave you with this. Because of my tremendously awesomeless computer skills, I had occasion to dial up the old I THINK I REALLY SCREWED THINGS UP AND WHEN I TRIED TO FIX IT i SCREWED IT UP EVEN MORE DEPARTMENT. OK, they may not actually call it that, but I thought maybe pointless humor would help you get to the end of this thing ya know? So anyway, I had an issue of my own creation and I thought how much of a good thing it would be to get someone who knows more of what they're doing to fix it. And I figured they'd fix it and then send a big fat bill for doing it. That's what companies do right? Well they fixed it alright. And there wasn't an associated big fat bill, a medium sized but well built bill, or even a skinny little rail bill. There was no bill! And I don't know what others might have charged me, but I do know that they took time from the business at hand, and dedicated some of it to me and my problem and did not charge me a cent. So you tell me what 's that worth to you? Well if I could give them a few more stars I would. It's well worth that to me. So you need look no further that these folks here to fill your cyber buggy up slam packed full of value. And other than the made up name i of their I THINK I REALLY SCREWED THINGS UP AND WHEN I TRIED TO FIX IT i SCREWED IT UP EVEN MORE DEPARTMENT, you won't find any bullshit here. I hope it helps. I really like the app. The clothes are a lot more stylish and trendy than a few years ago. I'm hoping that they continue improving. The shipping prices are great. I wish the title and description could be edited before adding the product to my site but it's still a great app. I love having a dropship app that actually has US brands.

Regarding the title and description editing before adding to the store, i will definitely pass along the suggestion to our developers, hopefully this is something that can be implemented in the future app updates. Please note for now you can definitely edit the title/description of the items, after item has been added to your store, this will not in any way have any product sync issues with inventory.
I just canceled my subscription and the app I hope you delete my data and don't withdraw the monthly fee by mistake, otherwise I will dispute everything to PayPal and Shopify I worked a days for nothing and got no answers for all my disputes via chat and email Replay I am clear and notice that your subscription is left in my store alongside the shopify subscription to be paid later, the subscription is required after the 15-day trial period and therefore I had to subscribe to the subscription to start importing your products into shopify means the 15 dayes terial is finished , I worked for 15 hours and I managed to import only 20 single products without description with a single image with only one color , the button add to shopify works only once time , to solve the problem I have to reinstall the app to add a new product , also the unsubscribe button is corrupted In short, it takes a year to complete a store with ur magic app First you have to create a working app and test it before putting it to the public before you even ask for a payed subscription Your app isn't even worth it for free , Finally, I ask you to remove the payment left in my store I've wasted enough time already and I don't care to ask anyone for support Soo sorry

I have had this app for over a year. I bought the prebuilt website loaded with products. looked atractive. Spend money in social media marketing. Nada not a single sale..Paid for a development package for someone from their team to fix my site so I could have sales. My work blocks the website because it flags it as an undesirable site. My other site is not blocked just the my online fashion store prebuilt website. Some cosmetic changes were done, but never the main issue was fixed. Clothing is nice but their pre built websites is subpar. No amount of advertising will make sales...Zero sales

This amazing app to have especially getting established. My store grow from online to brick and mortar within a year and very happy . I only wish I had at the beginning because they help build customers. At any given moment we have over 5500 available SKUS, in stock ready to ship, with over 200 new items added every other week. We also restock items low in stock daily. We have actually started stocking up more quantity per item as the demand for our merchandise grows! We have grown our overall inventory in our warehouse by 3X every year since we have been in business. Moving forward we will be definitely stock more quantity per style, so items are not selling out as quick and restocking best-selling items faster! Definitely keeping more qty on hand is a huge priority for us. Once again thanks for giving our APP a try. Good luck with your future plans.
Communication was great and store set up was perfect. They listened to what I wanted and was very helpful. I found this to be a great way to start off in ecommerce and have site designed as I learned to use Shopify. The clothing integration is seamless and very easy to use. Clothing updates are about every other week and descriptions easy to update. I'm pleasantly pleased with the outcome of this. Thank you Edmond and team for your work!

I had this app for 2 months, and it has a pretty good selection that frequently updates. However, customer service isn't great. I didn't know I had to register for on their website to process my order. That takes 48-72 hours, which is reasonable. I would assume that once an order is placed on Shopify it would sync into the app but it didn't for me. When I reached out to customer service, I sent 3 emails and made 2 phone calls. I heard back 2 days later. Again, I assumed that was because I did not read carefully but recently I had a customer return an item, and it took 48 hours to process the return and 48+ hours to receive the label. It's unacceptable. (I still haven't received the return label and had to eat the cost so it's not worth it) As a brand, customer service is so important so I'm torn. I think the lack of customer service is why I would personally not recommend this app.

You may want to check your spam and junk folders, sometimes are emails do end up in those folders. We apologize if our response time for you was not satisfactory. As we are constantly trying to improve and cutting down the response time is definitely on top of our list. The FREE labels we provide for returns do actually take 1-2 business days to process. Your request for the free return label was approved on 08/13 which means you will have your return label the latest by 08/17 which is the 2nd business day. I signed up and still cant get products into my store I used their 14 day trial and and couldn't get products to upload to my account. I thought maybe I was needing to upgrade since it says that on their page. So I was then brought to another page where I was charged $126 and then SHOPIFY charged me $29.99 for their monthly service. I still do not have my account working. I have emailed several times. I was charged $126.00 AND Shopify charged me $29.99 as well. my account is telling me I need to upgrade in order to use the services. I had a 14 day trial and every time I tired to add a item it wouldn't add to my store. NO ONE IS HELPING ME . I am starting to think this is a fake company and im about to contact my bank. I believe I was over charged and didn’t need to pay $126 and was fine with the $29.99 and even then your site is NOT working. Someone needs to contact me Also I have called their customer support number and it just goes to voicemail. and their "live chat" is always offline. I AM PISSED over this. I will update if I hear from them but right now im about to call my bank and claim this as fraud and also report them to Shopify

Great customer support and response when dealing with this company. I have had to ask them questions a few times. I used the "support" mode through the app on Shopify. I have always received a prompt and clear response.

So far so good! Better than another app that is offered by Shopify. Great prices that allow you be competitive. Only thing i would change is how color and size title is loaded. It's loaded as 'Select Size' instead of 'Size'. This causes issues with loading to some sales channels. I have to manually fix each item. Also, you shouldn't load the MSRP prices as it makes it seem as if all items are on sale if I'm charging a lower price. I would like to see more urban styles for regular and plus size. Also would like to see more shoe selection. Once you have all of those things this would be my only source!!!
