Our customers have been asking us for an app for a long time and we have received an incredible response and feedback after implementing TapCart. Although we encountered some obstacles in the implementation process I have nothing but positive things to say about the TapCart team. Our implementation specialist, Megan, was incredible. She was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and a skilled communicator. The team was always willing to help, provide feedback and help us come up with solutions. We are so grateful to TapCart for providing an easy to use app solution that our customers love!
I have been really happy with the support provided by the app. They are always genuinely friendly and willing to help answer questions. This app was simple to install, and easy to use. It looks nice, too. However, we had some issues with functionality, and reached out to the developers for help multiple times, with no response. Our issue was pretty time sensitive to us, because we were running a promotion that involved the wishlist feature, so the lack of a response from them was a huge turn off. We'll be uninstalling due to the problem with the functionality that still hasn't been addressed (as far as I know), and the lack of professional communication.

We are aware of the issue you had mailed us. Our team has been regularly trying to reproduce it, but the issue is unusual and didn't appear in their testing. We understand that it is frustrating to receive complaints from customers, but fixing an issue which doesn't show up easily could be time consuming. There could have been some lack of communication, but please be assured that none of the issues (even minor ones) are ever taken lightly by us. We hope it would be fixed very soon.
Great app! Functionality is great, so many options. It looks great on our site (graceandlace.com) and anything that didn't work right was quickly fixed by their support team.
Simple to install. Simple to use. Quick and attentive customer service if you ever need any help. Definitely recommend!
