We've been using AdRoll for a few months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The platform is user-friendly, and the retargeting tools are particularly effective in driving conversions. Their ability to integrate with multiple platforms and provide detailed analytics has made it easier for us to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, which has been invaluable as we navigated some of the more advanced features. The pricing is competitive, and the return on investment has been solid for our business. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the conversion results are all over the place. One week it will be $12,000+, the next $3,000 with no rhyme or reason. Additionally, some of the customization options for ads could be more robust. Overall, AdRoll is an excellent tool for businesses looking to enhance their digital marketing efforts. With a few minor improvements, it would easily be a 5-star service!

Better Reports have made so many excellent custom reports for me that helps me to work more efficiently. They are always willing to tweak them and try to figure out the best ways for me to look at information.

This form was an essential part of making our customer experience super seamless. The team who design and support it are super responsive so you're not left trying to work out anything alone. It would have been nice if it was automatically linked to the wholesale discount app, but the team did that for us very quickly. This is so easy for our customers to use, they love it and will likely order more.

This app was more than we could have hoped for, but more importantly, the development team was extremely responsive - quick, thorough, supportive, like no other app we have ever used. The app allows us to easily tailor pricing for each customer with an intuitive process that was very well designed. The file upload and tag system was super easy and our customers are enjoying how simple it is to use that we think they will order more than they originally intended to.
