Smart Search & Filter

Very helpful support. The app is great for our catalog of almost 30 thousand products. This is the best collection sorting app + search app that we have found. Fair pricing. Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear the app and support team are delivering great value and smoothly handling your catalog. We love having you with us!

Amazing app and amazing customer support. They're get it right the first time and they're very responsive!

I very rarely leave reviews. So when I do it means something. The guys at Mezereon are the kindest and most clever developers. When I first signed up I thought the fee was high.. but after the work they have done and the quality that the app provides to my store, it is worth every penny. Not only do they provide an amazing service and a very clever app, but they went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to. So long as I have a Shopify store, you can rest assured Mezereon will be part of it. I would recommend everyone who needs a quality search and fast moving features to use Mezereon and also check out other apps they offer. When they say "cutting edge" they mean it! Top class. You truly touched me with your kindness. THANK YOU!!

I tried many different search apps and this one allows the level of customization that I like. There was a graphic error on a menu on mobile, and their team fixed it quickly for me.

Great app and awesome support!

The app has a lot of functionalities that are supper useful! We are excited to fully launch it on our store and the support has been a great help in helping us get there. 10/10 would recommend

By far, the best search and filter app. It's crazy fast and I have used half a dozen search and filter apps in the store until I settled for this one. The support is terrific and very quick to respond. They helped us customise the app as per our requirement. Highly recommend them.

Looked absolutely awful our of the box and nothing like the demo store. Basic errors like showing prices in $ despite the store using GBP. Did not pick up on any of the branding colours. And worse of all was the customer service as there is no live chat. Just email tickets back and forth. Uninstalled the app and it totally screwed up the formatting of my collection headers. We are sorry that your first impression of the app was not good. If your store used the Symmetry theme, the app would look identical to our demo. We wish we had time to explain this before you uninstalled so quickly.

I definitely recommend this app. We have a very large item file and it effectively handles our side filters on our Shopify Collections pages. There are a lot of features available for filtering and search. The support team is wonderful, especially Julia. We have had some questions and they have been great to answer those.

Filters work well. Support is second to none. If you're looking for a filter solution definitely give this app a go.

Great experience implementing this to our store. The customer service individuals were always extremely helpful and replied in a timely manner. Thank you Julia and Barb, you were both awesome and cleared up every question I had! This app gives our store the new look that we want and adds great functionality for our customers. I would highly recommend this app.

Very good support, excellent service. They helped me by making a custom carousel inside their app. It's perfect for us. Excellent. Thank you so much!!!

We've tried most Shopify search apps and this is hands down the best app at the best value you will get. We run a store with about 6000 products and this app is much easier to configure, its indexing and search results display insanely fast and the support is amazing. Mezereon have been super patient with our requirements and have been helping us tweak the search results, the different ways of filtering, as well as the recommendation engines. We're constantly finding new ways to use on this app, it's flexible and the possibilities are endless. After years of dealing with complains from customers that they are unable to find product on our website, we finally have a search engine that works properly. Highly recommended.

This is a powerful app and the customer service was great. My previous theme was set up to use tags to filter with an "_" (i.e., size_8x10, size_11x14) and they helped me quickly integrate so I didn't have to revise thousands of items.

App fastastica, molto ben organizzata e l'assistenza è sempre disponibile per aiutarti a raggiungere il miglior risultato

This Search & Filter app is very good. Mezereon kindly installed it on our 3rd party theme - we were so impressed with the team, we had some customisations done (which we paid for). The app itself is excellent - we have come across some user issues but the support team have always replied fast to solve our query. For example, we might sometimes forget how to do something and a quick email to Mezereon helps us solve the problem. The speed of the search suggestions and collection/search pages is lightning fast. You can adjust search results based on your preference, boost or demote products and so on. We have only scratched the surface with the curation lists, filters, synonyms and so on. Our team are looking at how we can better utilise the features to improve our user experience & customer expectations. Overall it's miles better than the default search from Shopify and specifically was a right fit compared to all the search engines we tried (we tried mostly ALL of them!).

Buen apoyo, soporte bueno de parte de soporte de la aplicación, recomiendo la app, en toda su totalidad

We used this app to add custom filters to our product category pages. The app is very user friendly and we had great customer service from Julia to help us with customisations.

Great app with an even better team behind it! The devs were extremely responsive and helpful when it came to adapting their app to our website's specific needs. After trying other apps and interacting with their respective dev teams, I can securely say that Mezereon takes the cake.

Fantastic app and the support provided is always quick, easy and gets fixed. We are that pleased that we will be using this app on another website of ours.

Like other reviewers, we also tested all of the "Filter and Search" apps on Shopify. A lot of them were reasonable but our team decided the Mezereon solution - out of the box was better suited for us with all the functionality. However, after we installed it, Mezereon went a step further to integrate it into our theme flawlessly. We were so impressed that we commissioned further modifications to the look and feel of search/collection results & they delivered to a high standard. The support is also great - since we are still getting used to Shopify, Mezereon will answer all questions with great detail and explain how everything works - they even demonstrated some examples after we said "how do we do X Y Z". Overall a very good product and excellent customer support. I would highly recommend this solution over others.

We have tested almost every single "Filter & Search" app that we could possibly test and none have been better than Mezeron. It's the first app we've found that not only meets our needs of filtering by location and true real-time sync so products go live when scheduled with zero delay, but exceeds our expectations with fine details we hadn't even thought of and in-depth analytics. The customer service has been absolutely superb. Andrew and his team worked with us to completely customize the app for our third party theme, answered every question, and resolved every ticket we came up with no matter how small the detail was. And all of this was when we were still on the free trial! We've been using Mezeron for a few months now and we've received dozens upon dozens of customer compliments about how great our new filter is. We can't recommend Mezeron enough! It's absolutely worth the price.

I was looking for an app that could help visitors find products on my site and I found great help in this app. It offers a very functional advanced search, allows very detailed product filtering and does much more. Their support service is excellent and fast. If I can suggest an improvement I would like the instructions to be much more detailed. It's not easy to use this app's capabilities 100% based on the instructions alone. Fortunately, the customer service makes up for this very well.

This is the best "Filter & Search app" ever!! So far we have used a lot of these kinds app in shopify app store. However, this app is the most powerful and has great functionality such as Personalization(Curation) Analytics and on so. (Also, the price is very reasonable comparing with other apps.) Moreover, the CS is Fantastic and you don't need to worry about Theme integration if you are even a beginner shopify. Thanks Mezerion Team..

I needed a good Live Search and Product Filtering app. Not only does Mezereon do that, but it also comes with product recommendations, sales banners, Landing Pages, in-depth analytics and fine-grained customization options. Couple this with the superior support they offer and this app is well worth the small monthly investment. Give the free trial a go. You won't be disappointed!
