We've had a great experience with Propel Replay. It has been incredibly helpful for understanding how customers actually shop, where they focus on our product pages, and what areas need improvement. We especially love the clear replay icons, the ability to quickly identify high-value add-to-carts, and the email notifications for large abandoned carts. It's become a valuable part of how we optimize our store. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my homepage and the banner photo showing improperly. Aasim and Tam helped me and fixed everything very quickly. This is the second time I have needed to contact support and they have not let me down yet. Very friendly, supportive, and fast at fixing issues. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Haven't received reviews yet but the customer service was great. Let it be known that you need to have a business email (johnsmith@companydomain.com) in order to create personalized emails, gmail, outlook, etc will not work. In order to see review requests you will need to access them via the app.

Jolie was absolutely amazing. Made the onboarding process easy to understand. The app itself is not very complicated if you give it a few minutes of exploration and the YouTube videos make it very easy to follow along and learn without needing too much outside support. I suggest taking to time to utilize the free 30 minute call to get any add all questions answered I. Real time with a visual representation of what to do as you follow along. Absolutely necessary app!
