We launched SMS with Attentive in June 2022 and have enjoyed growing our SMS offering as the platform has also developed and improved over the years. The CSM team are very supportive and have helped us optimise and grow our programme. Their support team, Whiteglove is also amazing, they reply promptly and with great technical understanding! Overall, a great platform to use!
Loyalty Lion have been exactly what we needed to help scale our business and engage our loyal customers. Our CSM, Anusha, has been an absolute delight to work with. Any issues are quickly and efficiently resolved. Highly recommend.

Inventory Planner is a great demand forecasting and stock planning tool. It helped us increase efficiencies, optimise our buys and automate allocations from the warehouse to multiple stores. We have good access to support channels and a quick turnaround for resolving issues. Our customer success manager, Chan, is always there for the team, keen to understand the business needs and look for solutions to meet them.
