We would like to clarify that our app offers both Free and Premium plans, and this information is transparently displayed on the Shopify App Store listing before installation. After reviewing your case, our system automatically identified your store as belonging to the Premium plan category. For stores under this category, the Free plan is not available, and the applicable subscription plan is assigned automatically by the system. We completely understand how this may have been unexpected, and we truly appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. Bevor wir AdressHero getestet haben, musste unser Kundenservice täglich mehrere Tickets wegen falscher Lieferadressen bearbeiten. Mit der App war es plötzlich nur noch ein Ticket pro Monat. Sehr beeindruckend – und der Support ist zudem extrem schnell und hilfsbereit.

Our onboarding process was well organized and we had a good start with the program. In case of any quesions we get quick and competent support. LoyaltyLion is easy to use and I also find the help articles very detailed and helpful.
