Overall an easy product to use. Had some hiccups with how it was presenting on combined product listings but support was able to resolve eventually.
Dead simple to implement and has recovered more than enough revenue to justify the cost. 28x ROI at the time of writing this. Has definitely helped affiliate code abuse on our site.

We are extremely satisfied with this app. Its user-friendliness is remarkable, and whenever a question arises, their customer service promptly provides answers. Thanks to this app, we can now successfully conduct mystery box operations while preserving the element of mystery and effectively managing our inventory. We wholeheartedly recommend it, giving it a perfect 10/10 rating.
Downloaded it yesterday but seems pretty easy to use - doesn't have all the features I want (yet) but customer service has been quite helpful and responsive.

We've looked for the right marketing analytics data visualization platform for 2+ years, and Polar Analytics has been the best by far. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards for different looks we want to create. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.
By far the most valuable app we have. It has gotten so much use over the years, and now the ability to schedule things like price adjustments for upcoming sales is such a game changer! Great customer service too.
Two minute implementation, great customer service. Did exactly what I needed at a very affordable price!

Fantastic customer service. At first I was frustrated and thought I couldn't make it work the way I needed it to, but customer service helped me to customize the app to our needs. So great to have a gift receipt option!
The interface is lacking and left me confused on a few occasions. However, the customer support is top notch and with their help I am happy with the product. However, I wish it was easier to further customize the branding of emails.
