The app itself is good, lots of sections to choose from and they charge one time fee instead of monthly. But the customer service is horrible. I emailed about two bugs and the responses were extremely slow, and they didn't even bother to read my emails . After two weeks of emailing them about the bugs, they are still not fixed. So I'm giving up and switching to the other app.

This app is simple to use , bug free and have all the features I need. The developer is very helpful. No complaints, highly recommend!

This filter and search app work so much better than the shopify original one! It has all the features I need, especially filter by tags. I couldn't get it to work with the shopify one so I switched to this one. The customer support was very helpful and added the customization I requested for me. Highly recommend!

I've been searching for a good booking app for long time and almost gave up, until I found this app. It 's the MOST comprehensive appointment and hotel booking app out there. They have every single feature you can think of and didn't think of, and it's bug free. Since it's such a complex app, it took me some time to figure out how to use it and try to understand every setting. The support was super helpful and patient answering my questions, and implemented my customized requests. If you need a booking app, this is the one.

I would give zero start if I could, I wasted a whole afternoon on this app and the entire mega menu just disappeared by itself without me clicking on anything. And I had to spend so much time building it because the save button doesn't work, it works sometimes but most of time the setting just revert back by itself after saving. I'm a software engineer and never saw an app horrible like this.

What a great app for customer account portal. They have all the features I need, with multiple apps in one. And they charge you based on what feature you want in the ala carte style which I really like. The developer even implemented some customized feature for me. Highly recommend !

This is the most cost effective and robust loyalty and referral app I've come across. They have all the features I need and the customer support was super responsive and patient with my questions. Other similar apps charge a lot more with similar features. And it's totally bug free. Highly recommend!

Update: Since now they have fixed the issue for me. I'm updating my review. I hope they could do a better job communicating but they did fix the issue for me. This has to be the worst app ever. The major issue is the developer is impossible to communicate with. They said they can't have a cancel button for the popup, so you have to save your gift option, you can't close the window without saving. How ridiculous. Then I sent them the screenshots over and over again telling them there should a cancel button, they JUST don't get what I mean, or they pretend they didn't see it or something. They are totally lacking both communication skill and technical skills. Avoid at all cost.

This app not only works great but they went ahead and implemented a feature I requested. Now they are the best post purchase upsell app out there with the added feature. The customer service and the developers were both very patient and handled all my requests nicely. Highly recommend.
