Savedby support has exceeded my expectations. They are also attentive and flexible. The Collaboration has been outstanding. The Savedby platform is easy to understand and use. The onboarding was thorough, and they even provided email macros to help our customers file claims. The experience has been smooth and easy.
Numeral streamlines the daunting process that is sales tax. With filings in several states at a high volume, the ease of Numeral's approach takes a load off of our company. When notices arise, they let us know and handle on the back end until resolved.
First, the Stay team is amazing. They did the impossible while transitioning from another platform that was slow to respond to requests for our data. Second, the tools and integrations are great and we're already seeing it pay dividends to reduce churn and improve AOV.
Great app. The team helped get the app launched on iOS and Google making it super easy to deploy. Highly recommend.
Customer support is poor. Their software broke and they kept pointing me at Cloudflare to fix it when it was their implementation that had issues (specifically with SSL on the tracking and returns domains). Way overpriced for the software. Would've cost about $15,000 a year for it but customer service is so poor that I decided to do without it.

Incredible customer service. They had us up and making money from this app within 15 minutes. Looks great out of the box. Excited to see the difference this makes and how what future features are rolled out with such an agile team.

About 6 months ago we were in a pinch with our data scientist/architect leaving the company. With little prior knowledge of API's, we were able to create a better reporting setup than we previously had while only using Parabola and Google Sheets in less than a week. This service should be a staple for Shopify stores who need custom reporting. Thanks, UMZU Team. We're amazed by all the different reports you've set up already!
Outstanding app for SMS and MMS. Since installing this we've opened an entire 7 figure/yr revenue stream we didn't have before, instantly. Text message marketing has also been really fun. The support team at Postscript has been so good as well, always responsive, even during the high volume times on Black Friday. Great app, great support. Thanks Sean!
