This is great app, and support is top notch
Excellent app, and support is excellent! But the chatbot screening is frustrating—it tries everything to keep you from reaching a human agent. If a chatbot could actually resolve issues, I wouldn’t mind, but we’re still years away from that level of reliability. For a paid app, human support should be the priority. If the goal is to train bots, that should be done through a free service, not at the expense of customers’ time—something small business owners simply don’t have to waste.

Not sure why 2.7 stars , I find this app amazing, what else you want for something that is free. Yes you may have to customize it, may be a bit of work but it works .

The app looks super easy to configure, and support is very fast.
Nice and simple! very lightweight and easy to set up APP. I love the simplicity, this is how all apps should be.
Installed today, very easy to install and navigate. So far I like it, I must say a bit expensive let's see if it's worth the investment.

Simply easy to deploy, and works. Support is also very good. For someone who really doesn't know to code, this app is the best. I love it!
