I had an issue integrating my store with Alibaba and spoke to Zico & Gloria on Messenger. They were so prompt and quick and although the problem hasn't been resolved, they're available to help me get it resolved if I'm unable to do it. Fantastic customer service and help. I'd highly recommend and am looking forward to working more closely with DSers.

The support team is exemplary and so quick to respond. They solved my issues so quickly & always get back with emails fast too. The app features are amazing too. Can't wait to see the fill extent of the app.
Just an incredible product and a support team who went above and beyond to help me find solutions to my problem. The first support issue was solved within a few minutes, with great explanations and solutions. Second went above and beyond too. Sorting and filtering features are easy & straightforward to use and very simple to get started with. Would recommend it to anyone who wishes to use this app.
