It's a great app to set up banners and place wherever you want without coding. Also it has very useful features to be able to schedule duration to show or to differentiate which banner to show to which country. Very easy to organize and keep track. We are using Helium Customer Fields along with its sibling app: Strike Automatic Discounts. Both are great app, Strike to offer automatic discount, Customer Fields to set up a form. The support is responsive and friendly, very easy to understand without cumbersome technical terms. They are open to new ideas and needs of merchants, too. So we are really happy. As some other merchant mentioned, they are kind to go beyond the app function and suggests possible methods like combining Shopify Flow, and how it works. We have many positive reviews from our shopping customers about app's function and we are really happy using it on our store. It was already a very useful and great app when we started using but what I like is that the app team keeps improving the function/flexibility which is the proof that they are listening to the feedbacks and requests from stores. As the app implemented new functions, we had some new questions, but Sara and D'Angelo were great help with their prompt reply and guidance.

We started to use this app because we wanted to set up a proper feed which contains all necessary attributes for Google merchant Center and so that we have better presence in Google Shopping. One thing we really like about this app is that it sync with Merchant center really quickly, so it's easy to spot what adjustment that we made in Shopify was working well with Merchant center or not. We just started using FAQ page. They don't have many documents to read beforehand but the instruction video gives clear guidance and once you install the app, there is a section to answer general questions user might want to know. The interface is easy to understand and manage. If you know how to write a blog, it should be a piece of cake to manage this app. We needed an adjustment to the app's search function and the support team was fast and sincere in responding via email.
