The app itself functions great and we have had no complaints in regards to the actual features, but the support team is like the cherry on top!

I have installed the B2B Login and B2B Wholesale Solution app from BSS, and now I'm testing out the features and have some reviews about the app. The app are good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specifics content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow which customers can access the page by a few steps of simple setting. I'm using the Force Login rule to make sure my B2B customers can get good price for themselve and therefore I can control my B2B website too. I contacted the support team represented by June Nguyen and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. They have a good team with great technical skill. June kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The team has gone with me from the first day I use the app and until we launched the store. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app.

B2B/Wholesale Solution is a good app if you are running a B2B website for wholesalers. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign special prices depending on customers' type, and use Custom pricing purchases to determine pricing. B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. We dealt with the BSS Commerce's support representative June Nguyen who was very responsive to deal with our problems and answer my questions. The tech guy is awesome too when he has worked hard on my case to bring out the results. Dev Phu Dao Van helped with styling the form, the other devs are Hau Nguyen Tien, Phong Bui Thanh and Khanh Nguyen Dinh fix the error of showing custom prices on my site when the theme and the app are a little incompatible. They did a great job. There's some error on my site and struggling to make the rule work but the team did an amazing job on make it works. Thank you so much!
