We've already racked up a lot of reviews in our first few months and I love that customers can review products within the review email itself. Very convenient. Very good app. I am always amazed at how well I can segment our lists. It's super hi tech and yet really easy to use. Really impressive and a total game changer! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of their customer support. It's pretty slow. They will always get back to you, but it can take a while. I wish they had phone support or at least faster email support. You guys need to work on this!

Just installed it last week. So far so good! Customer support is very responsive and helped us get it set up quickly.

A cool idea, but you can only have one task running at a time. I'm guessing it's only meant to be used for single short term events such as flash sales or product launches, So, if you have a lot of moving parts, this app will take care of one of those parts. It's useful, but I guess I was expecting more.

We've been using this app for over a year now. I love that you can just set it up and put on auto-pilot. It informs our customers seamlessly when items come back in stock, and it helps us grow our email list. I also love that you can make informed decisions about how much interest there is in restocking a product. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Kingwebmaster for a few years now. First when we were using Yahoo Stores and now that we are on Shopify. This is the only app I could find that offers customers an expected delivery date calculator at checkout for each shipping method. Which is huge for us since it helps to convert sales. Many of our customers are last minute shoppers or they need their items for a trip. This feature is especially helpful for customers who need to be assured that their next day air or 2nd day air packages will arrive by a certain date. Burt & Dan are super helpful. They've always answered my emails/questions right away. I feel like they really care about my business. Highly recommend!
