We’ve been really impressed with Gorgias, the AI Agent and Shopping Assistant so far. It recently handled a customer question completely on its own, no team involvement needed, and gave super clear info about product shelf life and storage. What we liked most is that it didn’t just answer the question and stop there. It kept the conversation going, offered helpful suggestions, and felt pretty natural overall. The customer walked away happy, and that kind of hands-off support is a big win for us. Definitely excited to keep using it.

Junip is amazing, transition was simple and seamless.
Amazon's Team is highly supportive and responsive. Learning some of the settings here and hiccups has been a challenge when the app was brand new but Amazon in typical fashion supported us and we are running smooth now. This app is highly beneficial to our company.

I cannot recommend Aspire enough! The Shopify integration has made managing our influencer program incredibly easy - from sending out orders through the platform to tracking sales and paying commissions. Aspire also makes it easy to search for influencers who align with our brand values (and for them to find us), allowing us to connect with creators who are genuinely passionate about our products. Highly recommend for any brand looking to take their influencer marketing to the next level!

Great app. Setup was easy and support in customizing data feeds was helpful. Having offline data in GA has been a game changer.
