This app sent a random automated reply to one of our customers, even though we had disabled the chatbot and any AI agent. Too risky. Not recommended. The app does not work anymore, I contacted customer service twice and never replied :( so sad because it used to work for us. Apparently it's an issue with geolocation, because I've set it to display on EU countries only, but it doesn't show. If I make it available everywhere, it does work.
Amazing app and top-notch customer support! It's even better and more customizable than the official Shopify forms app. I highly recommend this to improve the registration process of B2B customers :)

Great app, includes reports that Shopify doesn't have and it's free :) plus they have nice live support!
